This is my 3rd time using them and I couldn't be happier with their service. My renter left my place a disgusting mess and MAIDVIP came to the rescue. The prices are more than fair and my place was spotless. They are very responsive when you have questions and I would highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.

I phoned around to different cleaners to see who could come before the weekend when I had a guest visiting. Maid VIP was more expensive, but I booked them because I wanted the service done at by that time.

When I called, I was quoted $389 which was very expensive, but the rep on the phone said she would send "Two of our best maids for 4-5 hours" so for 8 hours of service, I thought my place would be immaculate after. I was sent 1 individual from 9-12, so 3 hours of time. He only did a standard cleaning. Advertised on their website for deep cleaning is cobweb removal, base boards, wiping cabinets, etc. Everything on the deep clean list wasn't done. Some areas in the bathroom were not done and the counter in the kitchen wasn't fully done so it didn't seem right to get charged that much. There was damage to the stove, too, but I didn't make an issue about it because it wasn't in great condition.

I emailed them explaining the deep clean charge wasn't appropriate since a standard cleaning was done. Plus, 3 hours VS 8 hours is vastly different. I did not receive a response, so I called.

I also mentioned if I booked through the website, the total came out to $359 for a deep cleaning ($229 for a standard cleaning), so that was something else that didn't seem right.

After being on the phone for 33 minutes back and forth, they said they would send someone out to finish the deep clean job within 7days. I explained I wanted the deep clean for the guest over the weekend and I have already been doing all the extra cleaning myself so this wasn't an acceptable resolution. I said if they want to do a 2nd standard cleaning in 2-3 weeks, that would be acceptable. I was told it had to be within 7 days per their policy.

I was deeply annoyed by this point and expected better service and resolution and was trying to give them the opportunity to handle this fairly. I said what would be right for a standard cleaning would be a $229 charge and, even though it was higher than other quotes I received ($150 range), they did do it by the weekend, so I would have been okay with that. They said no. So, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and wanted to write this review to let people know my experience.

The cleaner was cool, by the way. Management is not.

The team was prompt and listened to my concerns and wishes for the service. They spent several hours making my house super clean. We used them for a deep clean and well be working on keeping our house clean by using them every two weeks. Love them!!!

The extra details of the heart blankets was just the icing on the cake. So sweet!!

They sent two ladies. One was lovely, but the other was very rude. She complained the entire time and refused to cooperate with. At one point, my boyfriend had to use the restroom and she refused to move her vacuum cleaner so that he could walk down the hall. We paid extra because we have dogs, but she insisted that our 15 year old pug dog be kept outside all day In the heat of Simi Valley or she would not clean. We paid extra for windows, but the service never mentions that they will only do the inside of windows.

UPDATE: Wow, Chris. I'm making up lies? First of all, I did update my card immediately after you informed me in an email that the prior card did not work. I am now going to remove it, because clearly your company cannot be trusted. Also, you did not ask me about the quality of the service. All you said is that you were "shocked" by the bad review. In fact, I moved the dogs several times in response to Betty's "requests" (which were more her yelling at me to "check my dogs because we need to clean there.") The reason we asked them to clean one section at a time was so that we could have the dogs in one room while they cleaned the others. It was over 85 degrees that day and our 15 year old pug dog does not do well in the heat. So we were trying to avoid keeping them outside. After moving the dogs twice, first to the office, then to our bedroom, Betty again yelled at me, so we did have to eventually move them outside. Also, we hired a maid service because we needed help cleaning after just having moved into a new home, so yes there were things on the floor (not underwear, but boxes and blankets, yes). Another reason we asked that the cleaner work section by section. We offered to move them and asked Betty to let us know when she needed to work in a particular area, but she wouldn't do that. My boyfriend walked in and out of the kitchen once and to the bathroom twice because he was trying to get ready for work. You guys run a cleaning service in people's homes. People need to be able to use their home while your workers are there. Needless to say, we will not be using your services again.

Been using maid vip since it started. I had the same housekeeper for over 12 years. Started to notice things were not as clean as before so I thought I would give them a try. Can't tell you enough great things about this company or about the owner Chris. They come every two weeks and my house looks amazing. So glad to have found them and to have found an honest business man Chris.

We live in Ventura and our family is somewhat big with four kids apart from myself and my husband. Maid VIP has serviced our home for 7 years. They have always been communicative and responsive. Jessy has been with us since the beginning, is always willing to do anything to help and is an integral part of our home and family.

The maids worked very hard during our move in cleaning. Unfortunately, the movers had arrived late which threw off the timing of our home cleaning, but Jorge and Daisy were very accommodating while dealing with moving around the last of our packing. Great house cleaning service and very professional cleaners. We are most grateful and will use them again.

This company is very professional. My maid team did a very thorough job. I like the fact that the maid will come back and do more cleaning if I'm not satisfied. However, I definitely didn't need to ask for a do-over. Also, I like knowing that the company will provide the next service free of charge if my maid doesn't arrive at the right date and time. This company clearly stands behind its services and I appreciate this professional courtesy they offer to all of their clients. I want things clean and I don't want any hassles and headaches. With Maid VIP, I get what I want without any downside.

I have been looking for best house cleaning service near me and what a delight it was to find this company! After going though multiple cleaning companies, they are above and beyond the best home cleaning service i have used. I always receive timely responses from them. even during off hours. Chris and Carla really make sure their clients are taken care of. I booked their service online (by the way, how convenient!) and the booking process was also very quick and my cleaning was confirmed almost immediately. Not only is their work great but also their customer service is what really sets them above the rest.

They were very professional and thorough with the cleaning. It was above and beyond my expectation! Charm (I believe she is part of the management team) was excellent with her follow up phone calls and messages to ensure that everything was going well. The only minor complaint was time management and not being notified of the delay of the employees’ arrival. Happy holidays!

I've been using Maid VIP for monthly service over the last 6 months now. I was transitioning to move into a new home and I knew my landlord would be very picky when it came time to do my walk through. As always, I was amazed at the results as I got my full deposit back, and the landlord even asked for your contact information to distribute to other tenants! I decided to book a move in cleaning on our condo with Maid VIP after their glowing reviews here on Google. I'm sure glad we did. Our condo looked absolutely fantastic for our new renters. We did run into a little issue with a fan blade falling off during the night which may have been dislodged by the team, but Chris was super quick to address issue had it fixed first thing, the next morning.
