The 2 maids who came to my house did a nice job cleaning my home. Very nice people as well. After the house clean, I noticed a couple missed spots in the bathroom and kitchen. I contacted Maid VIP and Chris was very responsive with my concerns. He apologized for the mishap and had the same team back out first thing in the morning to fix the missed spots. Great customer service and a good cleaning service. Happy I chose them!

Coordinator, Charm, was a delight to speak with. Jazz was the cleaner who showed up at my godfather's place for the job. Discounts were offered along with recurring scheduling. Communication after the initial call was later done via text and we paid by credit card.
