I recently just bought a place in Newbury Park and I was looking for a carpet as well as tile cleaning company. After getting five different quotes and talkin to the various companies I decided to try Sunset carpet. I could not have been happier with the service. Their team was able to restore the carpet much to my amazement. Their 20+ years of experience really speaks for its self as they know exactly what to use to get every stain. Their team got out all the original owners pets stains as well as all the dirt and discoloration. They were also were priced very reasonably. I had them come back to spot clean after we move in as well as clean our area rugs. They were able to make them look like like new. Their owner really cares about service and stands behind doing a job right. Give them a try and I feel you will be just as beyond happy with their work.

Sunset Carpet and Tile Cleaning contacted me through my HVAC company who dropped some glue on our carpet. Greg and Mitch did a great job removing the glue. While they were here I asked Greg to clean one of our rooms where our dog peed on the carpet. Greg quoted me a great price and the carpet looks great in that room. I will be contacting Sunset Carpet and Tile in the future.

We recently completed an addition and whole house remodel with wall-to-wall, room-to-room Italian porcelain wood-look tile. Greg did our post-construction tile floor cleaning and also hand cleaned our formal dining room chairs, actually all chairs with fabric, and a small Safavieh area rug. All turned out beautiful. We have used Greg several times in the past, as well as having him clean the carpets and furniture at my MIL’s home, and my client’s home when it was put up for sale. Always does an excellent job for us!

Raising a houseful of kids takes a toll on your carpets however Sunshine has always done a beautiful job. I have been working with Greg to keep our home carpets fresh for about 10 years. Always friendly and professional.

Gregg was very professional and honest about the pricing. We wanted our tiles cleaned before our house showing and we had less than a week to get it done and he came the day of early in the am and finished right before the showing started. I really appreciate the effort, the floors came out great and we did really well with the offers we received. All the other places were 3 weeks out before I could even get a quote.
