We just moved to the area and got a great used sectional from a former pet family. Gregg and his team did a fantastic job reviving it and even cleaned the area rug underneath without an additional charge. Highly recommend!

Gregg is awesome and responsive and flexible. He is great at communicating and scheduling. We love his personal approach. He has cleaned our tile and carpet for the past 2 years and he always does an outstanding job. With a one year old and two dogs, we were in desperate need of carpet and tile cleaning and it feels so great to have a spotless floor again. He is reasonably priced and super quick. Would recommend to anyone.

Gregg and his team cleaned two of our area rugs; one of them being a cowhide skin rug. They did an awesome job on my regular area rug bringing it back to its original appearance after years of abuse by my pets and baby/toddler. We can even feel a difference when walking on it with our bare feet. Gregg made sure to use only the best products and appropriate tools to clean our cowhide rug. He was delicate enough so that it did not get damaged during the cleaning process while refreshing the rug back to its former glory. Will definitely use Sunset Carpet in the future.

Great, locally owned, company! We get our carpets cleaned every Spring and Gregg and his crew do a fantastic job. I have recommended Sunset Carpet to many friends and neighbors and they we're all just as happy with their service. We recently purchased a property that had been a rental. We were not using it as investment, and were appalled at how filthy the tile floors were. The sellers replaced the carpet, but all tile was truly disgusting. Gregg came in to give an estimate on a Thursday, asked when we were moving in, and accommodated us by cleaning the floor 3 days later, on a holiday weekend. No questions asked, said it needed to be done before the movers showed up. I was very apprehensive as to how clean this floor would become...I'm in shock. Not only was the price extremely reasonable, but Gregg and Mitchell went out of their way to make sure it was perfect for us. They are definitely our "go to" for this type of project in the future. Thanks guys, you made us feel safe from "germs."

Greg cleaned two of our area rugs that was super dirty form pets and high traffic use. He is so kind and helpful. Did such a good jobs, they came out looking brand new!

I moved into a friends and it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I paid for the deep cleaning and boy did they deliver! The gentleman they sent over worked his you know what off and he was fast. I checked on him a few times and was pleased to see him working hard.

Used Maid VIP for about a year. Quality started to decline related to dust accumulating for months in some areas, putting dirty dishes into a dishwasher of clean dishes, etc. etc. I notify them and tried one more visit - the dusting improves at the expense of other new deficiencies. Hopeless

LAST STRAW - my $300 motion sensor simplehuman trash bin doesn't get a refill bag in it and suddenly stops working (from the lid being forced open). They deny reimbursing me unless I can PROVE their person broke it.... Apparently - worked fine in the morning, housekeepers come, doesn't work now - isn't good enough. Next time I guess I should follow them around and record them while they clean?

Use these people at your own risk

I hired this company to do a move out clean. When I say my children could have cleaned better, I mean it. They didn’t even dust the mantle or the stairwell. The baseboards were filthy after they completed (I took pictures for my landlord as I needed to prove I had hired “professional” movers) and there were marks and dirt on the walls. I attempted to contact for a re-clean was told it wasn’t possible which is beyond disappointing after spending almost $700.
On top of the terrible job they stole/misplaced/threw out my key which resulted in needing to change the locks to the home.
After no response, I disputed the charge with my bank and the company proceeded to claim I was trying to defraud them. I cannot explain how disappointed and disgusted I am in this entire interaction. I would go ANYWHERE else before recommending this company.

Very professional and efficient. I booked before having a large dinner party at my home. The team took their time and left the place sparkling and ready for a house full of guests. Moved my cleans to every two weeks and have been pleasantly surprised ever since.

I have been using this company for a year and they are nothing but unreliable. Claudia and Concepcion do not come in the window that they are supposed to. I have asked Chris various times to make sure they are on time and they never are. I always end up sitting around waiting for them which has really messed with my personal schedule. And if they’re not late, they’re calling out last second. Like for today example, first they canceled my cleaning from the previous 2 weeks and they were supposed to be here from I believe 10-12pm , then it changed to 9 to 11am, and then I got a text at 7:40 this morning telling me they will not be coming because yesterday his flight got delayed. If that was the case I don’t understand why they did not contact me yesterday? Another cleaner i want to warn you about is Jesse. When claudia and concepcion couldn’t make, they had a different cleaner come. I ended up finding him going through my boyfriends box on his desk and he did the worst job imaginable. But going through peoples stuff? Top-tier disrespect. As for the cleaning, it’s not the best. I’ve had to message Chris various times about things/places they did not even touch. All around this is a horrible company and I don’t recommend them.

The cleaning team of George and Daisy were great ! I am very pleased with their service and I do hope that Maid VIP will send them to me again for a Bi Weekly service. I recommend them very highly.My house feels clean and lovely. Thank you so much, Goerge and Daisy.
