Ross was amazing. My compressor went out and I was desperately trying to call around for a fridge service business, and I discovered them on ChatGPT. Not only did he come over after hours, he even helped me call LG, we ordered a new compressor, and he went above and beyond and said I have a compressor, let’s use that one and then when yours gets delivered in a week or so I’ll just keep it. This helped expedite fixing my fridge as I have two kids and it was really awesome customer service.

Stan was very professional and explained in detail the issue and what was going on with my oven. I had called another company earlier and they were charging me so much to fix my oven, even charged me for a quote. I decided to keep looking online and found UKS Pro, I contacted them and they made everything so easy. Plus they were charging me way less than the other company. Stan fixed the problem and was very nice and helpful and was fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ross did an awesome job with finding out the problem with my dryer. My dryer is a whirlpool duet. Work ethic was very professional and thorough. Ross was very kind and respectful, worked at a fast pace and was efficient. Ross was incredible! He diagnosed and fixed my dryer within 30 minutes. He was on time and gave me an exact time of arrival not just a time window. He happened to have some part kits with him and was able to do it all in one visit. He was kind, communicative and professional, would definitely use his service again.

Called UKS and got same day appointment for our refrigerator leak. Stan came about 1hr after I called and fixed the problem. We asked Stan to put a new filter on also. They didn’t have the filter that day. Two days later, (New Years Day) Stan came back and installed the filter. UKS was great from start to finish. I Absolutely will call them for any appliance repair needed. They were fair, honest, and fast service.

What a pleasant experience!! Stan came RIGHT in, located our SAD but awesome dryer and went right to work. Requested just a quote but he got right in there and started to work on it. Of course I said wait we just needed a quote BUT since he was here lemme check it out. If I have the part already ill get to work OR I can come back on a day that works for me and my fam and ill order part needed. He had the part!! Didn't have to wait! And costs was not as much as I thought it would be so I'm VERY happy about that!!

Called and spoke with Merriam and she sounded very nice so I was convinced to make an appointment on same day. Stan, the nice repairman, came in early and repaired our dryer promptly. He was good with his job and respectful.

UKS Pro was great! They gave a short service window and were on time. They were able to come same day to repair our dryer which would not run a cycle. We noticed a different issue present after they left where there was no heat (at no fault to them since this was not an issue we flagged) and they came back the next day to repair that issue at no additional cost. We will definitely use them again in the future.

After getting a couple of estimates. I came across this company and I received an immediate response, reasonable estimate and same day service. Ross, was professional, clean, great and fast service. I called UKS Pro yesterday for a repair on my LG dryer. They were able to schedule me for the next day around lunchtime, which I appreciated. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem (a failed igniter), and completed the replacement the same visit. The dryer is now working fine.

However, I found the pricing quite high. I was told the igniter would cost around $100 and labor about $180, for a total of $280. After mentioning that I had seen the same igniter online for about $40, the technician reduced the total to $260. While I appreciate the small discount, I still feel the repair was expensive. In my opinion, something closer to $200 would have been more reasonable.

Service was prompt and professional, but because of the pricing, I would hesitate to recommend the company.

Excellent service and good price. I needed a new control panel in my refrigerator. Alex came right away, and he already had the control unit for my particular refrigerator in his truck.

I had a dishwasher with water in it not draining. Also had an oven that wasn't keeping temp. Alex was able to set an appointment to my schedule. Came out and diagnosed both issues correctly. Ordered parts and came back 2 days later to correct both problems. I would highly suggest Extort Inc. They were courteous, professional and most importantly correct with their diagnosis. Will use them again for any appliance needs

I called on a Wed and they came out early the next day. They were on time, efficient and fixed my problem and cleaned my dryer in little time. I will call them for yearly cleaning.
