I'm happy with how much better my Sub-Zero works. The repair technician thoroughly evaluated the problem and repaired it efficiently. All systems work more efficiently and I am pleased with the repair and overall service.

Our Sub-Zero appliance required regular maintenance and they did an excellent work. The technician was careful and took care of all things being in excellent condition. I am sure my appliances will have a longer life.

The technician showing up on time is the only positive part of this experience.

I was explicitly told that the condenser was not under warranty and was given an outrageous quote of $4,747. That statement turned out to be completely false. After contacting the manufacturer myself, I confirmed the part is in fact under warranty, and even outside of warranty, the part costs roughly $245—not thousands.

Providing incorrect information at that level is not a minor mistake, it is either gross negligence or intentional misrepresentation. This is exactly the type of conduct that can and should be brought to the attention of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

It gets worse. Once I challenged the quote and asked for labor-only service, the labor charge was suddenly increased from $550 to $850. Adjusting pricing upward after being questioned is a serious red flag and raises further concerns about the integrity of their pricing practices.

Between the false statement about warranty coverage and the shifting labor costs, this experience reflects a pattern that appears deceptive and predatory. I will be formally documenting and escalating this matter.

I strongly urge anyone dealing with this company to independently verify warranty status and pricing before agreeing to anything. Based on my experience, I would not trust their assessments or recommendations under any circumstances.
