I requested help with our dryer on Monday night and Alex responded right away. He and his father came out the next day to diagnose and repair it. It turned out to need a replacement heating coil and they were able to get it fixed that Friday for a reasonable price. They did a great job and we are so happy with their fast and high-quality service!

My microwave suddenly stopped working and I was very happy to hear that Keyes would be able to send someone over the same day. I called them close to the time the technician would come to confirm and they said the tech had a personal emergency and could no longer make it. I then made another appointment, that same day I was told again that the tech was injured and was in the emergency room. I gave it a shot the third time and I waited three hours only to be left hanging without any notice or calls. It leads me to say this is a scam business, wasting time for customers and collecting their information for who knows what purpose. I am very disappointed in their unprofessional service.
