I had a leak under my sink, and I called about 9:30 in the morning. The owner (Mr. Mack..I forgot his first name) arrived around noon, and immediately diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix it, he showed me how to do it if it should happen again, plus he found a few other things that I need to do around my kitchen sink. For all of this he only charged me $45.00, and he seemed like a really nice, responsible guy. I understand his dad started it, and his son now works with him. Strongly recommended!

Brian is the BEST PLUMBER!
I called him a few days before Christmas Eve with a running toilet problem. He was able to come over and installed some new parts that were Made in the USA and my toilet was good as new and I have had no further problems with it. He was super friendly and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. That made me feel very confident and more knowledgeable too.

He also tested my water pressure which I had been told by a home inspector that it was much too low. Brian was able to fix that too and now my water works so much better s the hot water comes in Quicker!

He was very tidy and really gave his professional attention to the details!

I will absolutely use him again and also highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. He is extremely knowledgeable!

Shoot, it's a cracked pipe. Quick, everyone inside to shower like it's your last and fill every water bottle in the cupboard. Yes, even the Nalgenes, desperate times call for desperate measures people, let's gooooo!

Being new to town, we gave Hillside Plumbing a call because look at them Yelp Reviews. 2 hours later, Mike pulled up and immediately, we knew we'd made a wise choice. Within minutes, he'd assessed the situation and was confident it was a quick fix. Less than an hour later, he was headed to the next job and we were flushing toilets, just because we could. Aaaah, the things we take for granted.

The front yard looks as though nothing ever happened and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. We'll definitely be calling Hillside Plumbing again should the need arise and bonus, it's a local family-owned business. Thank you Mike!

Also, be aware that some people (eh hem, H. Ghaf...) leave lots of 1-star reviews, even for apartment buildings they admit to never having visited. Don't hesitate to call Mike, you will not regret it.

I’ve had to call JetDrain out a few time now because my condo is a little older, Abi and he team were very thourough, very COVID conscious so I felt safe and helped me get to the bottom of my issue. Great family owned company. Had a plumbing emergency and the owner answered the call and showed up within an hr!!! You dont hear things like that anymore unless they charge you an arm an a leg. I unfortunately had a slab leak coming from a pipe I called, when I unfortunately had a slab leak coming from a pipe between my garage and main water shut off and they were fantastic! They were able to locate the leak quickly and fix it with ease and the cement patch blended in with the rest of my driveway. They also swapped out my old gas water heater for an electric one and fixed a sewer line in our kitchen. They have definitely become our go to plumbers with their wide knowledge of the trade!!

I don’t really like being told which plumber I can use, but as soon as we chatted by phone, I liked Avi.

He’s professional, intelligent, articulate and solution-oriented. Great start! I like working with someone who listens well to first understand the problem completely, before chiming in.

When we met in person, he was professional, early,
and he calmly pointed out all the mistakes the last person who fixed the plumbing, had made. I liked that he was humble and matter of fact about it, rather than being cavalier or dismissive about the others person’s work.
I was impressed by how he was teaching critical thinking skills to his employee as he fixed the leak, and all the while, was very calm and centered.
I also appreciated that they were both professionally dressed and didn’t smoke ( or smell like cigarettes), and their trucks clean and organized. ( Saves time).

Avi trouble shot the issues and was there the next day to repair. He showed up early, did a very professional job and left the place immaculate. It’s great to find a plumber that you can trust to do a great job, and also trust in your home, even if you can’t be there.
He’s that guy.

They do excellent work for a fair price. The crew is very professional and their follow up and after care for projects they've done is top notch

These guys are solid. Had some upstairs bathroom fixtures that were backing up and Jet Drain came right out, unclogged one set and came back the next day to finish a more difficult section that required more work and an extra technician. Here are some key reasons I will use them again: (1) They are transparent, honest and professional, They check in during the jobs and you will not get a several hundred dollar “surprise” at the last minute. (2) They are just helpful - the gentlemen who came out showed me how to fix a couple minor things on my own. (3) they communicate clearly and are digital (appt confirmation texts, emailed invoices with online payment, etc.).

It is extremely hard to find a trustworthy plumber now, especially since some of the locals have sold off their businesses to less than honest chains or have just retired. Am glad that folks like Jet Drain are setting a standard here in Torrance.

Recently we had company and the shower in the main bathroom was coming down in a trickle. Also our hot water in that bathroom wasn’t working. I called Jet Drain. They fixed everything. They even had to change some of the plumbing so they had to cut into the wall. They patched everything and cleaned up. We were very happy. Another great job by Jet Drain.

I am an HOA property mgr. and have had the great luck to have found this wonderful firm! Abi is very professional and does what he says he's going to do. What a breath of fresh air. They do great work and communicate exactly what they will be doing and what they have completed. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
