3Ten Plumbing is a reliable and trustworthy Plumber. The owner is amazing. I recently was having issues with my water heater and thought it was a faulty part but it was actually the venting cap on the roof. He inspected it and replaced. He is always available, answers the phones directly and gets the job done. I love that he is a local to the area which is a plus. I highly recommend 3Ten Plumbing if I could give more stars I would :)

John and the guys from 3 Ten are always great to work with. Very thorough, professional and polite... and clean! I hired them for small projects as well as a complete plumbing upgrade.

They did a fantastic job and they are CLEAN. I would say our bathroom was cleaner after the install of our toilet than before! They hauled the old toilet away and did a fantastic job installing the new one. Considering how much they cleaned, the job went super fast. Their pricing is average but they seemed to have more availability than other plumbers as they had a possibility of coming same day on a Sunday afternoon.

I would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you hate messy work!

I was impressed by how quickly John S. diagnosed our drainage blockage just by looking at the clean-out hole in the garage. He immediately determined that the issue wasn’t in the section from the hole to the street. Another plumbing company had told me that section needed a lining, quoting me $20,000, but John was confident that wasn’t the case.

John was very smart and efficient — instead of removing our toilet to snake the line, he simply snaked through a shower drain next to the toilet. He found that tree roots had invaded the pipe. Realizing that meant our pipes were likely broken, we decided to replace them based on John’s recommendation.

On the first day, Kevin and Cannon made up the team. They worked perfectly together — Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, and Cannon was a great assistant. As expected, they dug out all the broken pipes and replaced them with new ABS piping. We also had them replace the old piping in the kitchen area.

During the job, Kevin discovered that the pipe to the bar sink was half rotten and leaking water into the exterior wall. Even though this was outside the original scope of work, he quickly fixed it by cutting an opening in the wall — and didn’t charge extra! I really appreciated that level of care and integrity.

All in all, they finished everything in just two days. Job well done! We couldn’t be happier!

3 Ten plumbing did a great job replacing main water supply to house after determining it was source of leak. Straightforward communication and commitment to getting job done right. Some difficult rocks required adjustment to original plans but worked through it well to finish repair quickly and at a great price.

Kevin and Cannon were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked hard coming in on budget and a day early. I'd be glad to have them back for any plumbing projects in the future.

Mike is great. He was able to figure out some very difficult plumbing issues and he brought a team of very nice people.

When I call AAA Plumbing to do even a small job, Mike and his team come out and take care of the problem. AAA also did all the plumbing on two houses I have built in Los Angeles. Everything is working as expected.

Our gym had flooded, and needed someone to come as soon as possible for repairs. Not only did AAA plumbing respond right away they were very professional and very clear from the start what the process would be. Price was fair and work was done perfectly! These are the guys to call.

We have used AAA Plumbing both for our commercial and residential properties. We appreciate how the work gets done in a timely manner and at the right pricing. We have changed many water heaters, switched to copper lines on one property, have had to snake few times and also worked on a septic system that had a serious issue.
