Very good company does exactly what they promise and I would recommend them to all who need leak detection. Take it from someone who deals with contractors and companies for a living. THEY ARE GOOD!!!
In 30years of running a company and dealing with hundreds for contractors and companies, this is my first review ever!!!! that should tell you how good leak detection and Brent really is. This is the only company I will ever use for leak detection. I recently had a leak in a different area of my house and called Brent because of the great service. Brent took the time to shuffle his appointment to help me asap but my crew found the leak shortly after we confirmed the next day appointment. when I called to cxl I felt really bad but Brent was total pro and told me no problem he was happy because I have twin boys 4yrs old and I needed water asap.
Once again thank you Brent. I have many multiple companys and contractors for every job due to my business but Brent from Elite Leak Detection is the only one for leak detection.

Responded quickly. Scheduled appointment for the next day when I called. Corey was great. He meticulously went through all the possibilities for a leak in my shower. He explained everything and recommended a path forward , concluding that the problem is likely not in the plumbing but with the gap between shower door and wall

I had a leak under the concrete somewhere between the water meter and the house, over 100 feet away and under concrete. A friend referred me to Brent at Elite Leak Detection. He came out quickly, gave me a price up front and found my leak. He offered me a few different options to solve my tricky leak. He fixed my leak the same day even though it meant he would have to stay late to do so. I appreciated that he was able to do the concrete patch as well. He was very professional, had good equipment and was just a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

Great response time from Monica and Cory. Both were pleasant and efficient. Cory was diligent, did his best to keep the mess to a minimum. No additional problems so far!

It is rare that my husband is elated with a repair service these days. We just had a different plumber repair something two weeks ago and my husband was so upset about the cost (but I didn’t know any better and it needed to be done to get the refrigerator installed.) My husband was extremely pleased with Brent and his service and will be recommending him to all his friends and coworkers. I called to set up the appointment and Brent was booked, yet, willing to come by at the end of his day due to our situation (leak in pipe under the sidewalk.) Not only did he come by to determine where the leak was, but he completed the job and was extremely reasonable in price. My husband says Brent renewed his faith in repairmen and I’m happy and relieved my husband doesn’t feel like we got ripped off and that he should have somehow figured out how to repair it himself! Thanks again, Brent!!!!

Have now enjoyed multiple experiences with Brent and his excellent crew. They do leak detection but also general plumbing. The issues have ranged from routine to complex. They hit everything out of the park and have a great attitude while doing so.

My pool water level was dropping every day. I knew something was wrong ,so I called Elite Leak Detection. Brent checked and searched and he found the problem a crack in the pool. Brent was AWESOME and professional and I would recommend him and Elite Leak Detection to everyone. Thanks Brent.

Excellent professional knowledgeable people who showed up on time and did the work well. We had a main line plumbing leak which needed to be replaced and the two men who worked at our house were extremely knowledgeable hardworking and nice.
Cannot comment on price comparisons since they are not many people who do this kind of work and they werel recommended by our plumber.

Brent was *great*! I highly recommend using his service if you ever have a leak inside the walls and need help isolating where the issue is. He also did the plumbing work to fix the issue and did a great job at that too. Overall price is very reasonable for the quality job he brings.

Elite Leak rep Frank showed up as scheduled, assessed the source of a slow but steady leak coming from a very small hole in the copper water line under my concrete driveway. He explained what it would take to pinpoint the source and cause of the leak and gave me an estimate on the time and cost to repair it.

He returned as scheduled the next day, identified the source of the leak, cut a one-foot square in the concrete to reach and replace the leak with a six-inch high-grade copper insert, patched the one square foot cut opening with close matching mixed concrete and reinforced it with iron connections, cleaned up the aftermath and hauled away the broken concrete.

His assessment, estimate, repairs and cost were spot-on and reasonable. No hassle. Very straight-forward, competent and professional. Great job! Five Star rating.

I’ve had to deal with problem after problem with the plumbing lately and have dealt with a few different plumbing companies and by far Elite was the BEST…especially their prices!

I was incredibly impressed with Brent's work! He's professional, quick, really smart, detailed, and explains everything you need to know. On top of being competent, he was kind enough to adjust his schedule to help me out as soon as possible - on the same day. He even went the extra distance to review my water bill and the water usage trend to figure out why I had extra charges, etc. He is by far the best plumber I have worked with and I would definitely use him again.

I had a water leak and found Elite Leak Detection and saw their amazing ratings. I read the reviews and understood that they may be expensive, but the quality of work was going to be worth it. I asked for a senior tech and they sent over Jai. Jai is simply just a good guy. Not only a good guy, but incredibly knowledgable and took the time to explain to me what the process was and was incredibly patient to answer my questions. Jai found the leak and even though my own uncle is a contractor and could have done the fix for much cheaper I decided to go with Jai because I am confident that he will do the job right and do it well. I am very happy with Elite.

Jai was very courteous and respectful of our home and time. He had called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He was informative and confirmed that we did not have an active leak within the house, other than a few issues with the shop and hall toilets and back yard hose bib, which he took care of two of the issues and my husband will take care of the other.

We will call them again in the future for other leak issues if they arise.

I could not be happier with Brent and Elite Leak Detection! I hired Brent to help me out with a home in Southern California, while I was in Northern California at the time. He made the entire process so easy. We set the appointment, he arrived on time, did the work, then wrote me up a report and explained the entire report with me over the phone. I had a ton of questions and he patiently went over everything with me.

I recently hired Elite Leak Detection to examine cause of moisture in the dry wall and floors surrounding my bathroom. Elite Leak Detection was very responsive. I received a return call on the same day from Brent for an appointment the following day. The Crew, Jai and Frank, was punctual, courteous, and professional. They explained to me every step of the way what they are doing. Although they were unable to find plumbing related leaks, they are willing to come back after the dry walls have been opened to assess again.

Overall, I am happy so far with their professionalism and will use them again in the future. My only disappointment is not knowing that their "Leak Detection" pertains only to plumbing related leaks. I will updated this review after my dry walls are opened.

Elite leak detection I would recommend to everyone. They were responsive, helpful, professional, thorough with their workmanship and has managed to fix my gas leak. As we faced a difficult problem of recurring water line pinhole leaks due to Type M copper pipe, we were grateful for the trust we gained in Elite Leak Detection. I suspected a slab leak and called Elite Leak Detection. I spoke with Monica and she walked me through the process that this their expertise. I made an appointment for the next day.

Cory arrived and explained the process to precisely locate the leak under the slab. In less than an hour he pinpointed the exact area of the leak. Cory explained in detail the solution and has done many of these slab leak repairs. What a relief! Monica sent me bid (very reasonable). Cory came the next day and completed the project in 3hrs.
