This is a follow-up to my first review of 3TEN Plumbing. The work was done as explained and to my mind, done in record time. They double checked the work and made sure the new installations (toilets) were in tip top shape.

Quick to show up, Polite, great service! Price was extremely reasonable, too!! Will use again if I have a plumbing issue!

I needed a replacement faucet set and called 3 TEN. We spoke about the job over the phone and an hour later they started work. A lot of times with contractors, getting on their calendar is like pulling teeth. But with 3TEN, the process was super easy looked great.

3 Ten Plumbing is the best! I have been a client of 3 Ten Plumbing and the Owner John for a few years now. I work for a property management company here in the South Bay/ Torrance area and 3 Ten is our go to plumber, we have utilized them on hundreds of different projects and service calls. The plumbing services they offer are both high quality and at a great value. You can expect a timely response for all of your plumbing needs.

John is amazing, and the ONLY plumber our whole family uses. We've used his services for the last 9 years in our house and our rentals, with at least 30 projects during that timeframe, and each one was done promptly, perfectly, no callbacks ever needed (which has never been the case with any other plumber I have used in my life). One of my favorite things is that I can call him any day and he'll offer to come either that day or the next. He's saved us during our DIYs on weekends when we've had emergencies (like when we pick axed a water pipe) and he's rushed right over on a Saturday or Sunday. Amazing. And if for some reason he's out of town, he'll facetime us and tell us what to do! So helpful, always. He's humble, reliable, kind, respectful, and knows what he's doing. We love John and 3Ten Plumbing!

I had a leak in my shower. John was able to come by the same day I called him. Once he saw the leak, he knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it within 30 min. John is a super nice guy and got the job done fast and efficiently! I definitely recommend 3ten Plumbing!

Excellent service! The team was onsite shortly after receiving my call to quickly scope the inside of the drain line and diagnose the “root” cause of my recurring drain clogging issues. Within 24 hours, they used water jet to clear the line, excavate and remove the aged pipe joints infested with magnolia tree roots, reline the faulty drain section under my driveway, properly seal it all up tight, and backfill while avoiding an undesirable and expensive driveway replacement! Great crew, very respectful and courteous, with a can-do attitude! Thanks 3 Ten Plumbing!!

Hands down, this is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I had an emergency water line big leak underground that started bubbling above ground in the common area of a 400+ PUD in Manhattan Beach. Through a source from the City (not a direct City referral), I located John S. owner of 3TEN Plumbing. He and 3 of his plumbers: Canon, Miguel, Steven jumped on board to tackle this water problem (lots of story of how they got to the finish line). Bottom line, is they replaced the water line, per my agreement, best solution as it may have cost a lot more to try to find the leak(s) underground to a 37+year old water line. His team did all of this in 1 day with a "smile" getting the job done.

Even the HOA maintenance company lead asked me for their contact info as he is very impressed with what they did and their work ethics.

Please check them out, you won't be disappointed - a side note, they all are very knowledgeable plumbers, professional and pleasant to work with.

I wish them continued success. An extremely happy customer and I will be back if the need arises - John said they "do it all" in the plumbing arena!!!
