We discovered a leak in our garage ceiling on Mother's Day. Primetime came out and tracked down the source to our upstairs shower. The service man was very well mannered and got everything fixed by mid-afternoon. Great service.

I had a shower drain clog which caused a toilet to backup which created a leak into my kitchen downstairs. The service I received was out of this world. The dispatcher managed to get a tech out within the hour. Thinking the problem was solved tech returned to office. A little later we discovered there were more clogs. And dispatcher got another crew to come out and worked very hard to clear additional clogs. Great job by all

I found Primetime through the Rheem website as a Rheem partner. Antonio and his crew were sent to our home to inspect the Rheem water heater. They performed a gas line pressure test and discovered a few leaks (dryer valve). One was repaired but pressure test still failed. It was determined that there was a gas line leak within the walls.

They also suspect that our Rheem water heater control unit may be malfunctioning, so they ordered it and will replace under Rheem warranty. Pricing seemed fair as we were more concerned with a timely repair versus "shopping around".

The repair (new re-pipe) was quick and minimal damage was done (drywall and stucco) and the crew was professional. They cleaned up the mess created by removing drywall.
