I called around for a service repair on our AC and I found Virginia Mechanical reliable. The technician came in and checked all the possible problems. He explained to us everything so that we understood what the problems are. The receptionist who took my calls for the many questions I had was very helpful too. I would like to rave about all the technicians who I met because they were all very respectful. I highly recommend this company.

Marcus is the tech that came out to the house and assessed the issue with my a/c. He explained everything he was going to do, in a clear and concise manner. I was shown what the issues are. He's very polite, knowledgeable, and confident.

He answered all my questions and didn't talk down to me like other salesmen do. They came out the next week and completed the work in 3 days. They also didn't nickle and dime us. We paid what they quoted us. Brandy was a pleasure to deal with as well. I don't usually leave reviews, but people should know this is a good company and I highly recommend them. It's a good feeling to support a local, family oriented company.
