Virginia Mechanical is the only HVAC company I use for my home and business. They are extremely knowledgeable, have super technicians who are all very courteous and friendly. They also have great prices compared to other HVAC companies.

They were on time and provided great service. Second time I used Virginia mech. They do not disappoint!

Thanks to Virginia mechanical for coming out to my house and preforming a heating maintenance and a maintenance on my gas fire place. Also installing a scented modular that keeps my house smelling like the Westin hotel it smells so fresh. It keeps my house from smelling like the meals i have cooked . Great job Jaime always the best .

So far so good as Virginia Mech conducted an annual preventive maintenance on the newly installed heat pump. I hope they give me a good price on converting a single zone controller to dual zone controller.

Our furnace stopped working on the weekend between Christmas and New Year's. I was afraid because of the holiday week, we were going to freeze for awhile. But I called on Monday and they had a technician out that afternoon who figured out the problem. The next day they were back out with the part and repairs were completed and we had heat again just in time for New Year's Eve. Would highly recommend for their pleasant hard working staff, customer service and fair pricing.

Great service! Marcus arrived early and on the same day I called. He was able to identify the problem was the thermostat and not the air conditioner. He replaced and installed it with a new one. He was pleasant and polite and very efficient.

We had two technicians come out to repair and rewire our thermostat, and they were absolutely wonderful! Both were so friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I had a great customer experience with Virginia Mechanical. From customer support to the technicians on site everyone is professional and skilled to do the job.
I had heating issues and it turned out to be faulty blower motor. Virginia Mechanical replaced the motor because it was still under warranty.

We have a biannual agreement with Virginia Mechanical. They’ve been maintaining our A/C and furnace since 2018. This is a really great value for $189. Brandy in the office always answers right away, makes scheduling easy, and is a pleasure to deal with. Today Tayjion came out to service our furnace. He texted when he was on his way. He was very respectful and used booties when he entered our home to change the filter. After doing the 21 point tune-up, Tayjion noted that our system was running fine but there was a little condensation running down a pipe. He didn’t ignore this and was patient in his troubleshooting and repair. We really appreciate this—we have this annual service to avoid surprise issues and big repairs down the line. You can see from my photo that our 7-year old furnace still looks brand new after all these years of care by Virginia Mechanical. Thank you for taking care of us all these years!

AC went out. Worked with my home worranty, they assigned Air-One Mechanical. They came out the next day and diagnosed and fixed it right on the spot. Cut and dry.

Terrible service. While servicing our furnace, they knocked a wire loose and so our AC would not work. After several attempts trying to call them to ask if they could come fix and nobody ever calling back, we had to hire and pay another company to fix it. Do not bother using this company.

Supposed to install a compressor since September 17th of last year. Part was was available the day they said compressor needed to be replaced. I have 13 children wife is pregnant. I own my own hvac business and found the part myself but I rent and I'm stuck with these unprofessional jerks . They souldent be in business.

This is quite possibly the worst HVAC company. Both myself and the insurance company tried for 10 days to get a response from this company to no avail. They were notified there were health issues at stake during a heatwave where temperatures reached over 100 degrees and air quality was too poor to open windows. They cared not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
