Ruben and Tyler just finished the spring maintenance on my air conditioner. I’ve been using this service Spring and fall for many years. Along with Bryan they are the same people that come every year so they know my system very well. I highly recommend this service.

Ruben was fantastic! He has been our service person for years and ask for him each year. He is knowledgeable, helpful, has caught several problems before they became costly and is wonderful at how hard he works. He had also remembered my family, our grandchildren (whom we have had to raise) and always asks how they are doing. I am so impressed with his character, integrity and all he has done for us! Thank you for allowing us to continue to request him.

My landlord has a service contract for bi-yearly maintenence. Thorsen's employees are the best. Always on time, always competent and courteous. In early summer my a/c stopped working. I called Thorsen's late afternoon and they were here the next morning and fixed a capacitor issue in just over an hour. Ruben is my favorite service technician. He is such a genuinely gracious person. He really knows his stuff too. Being approachable is one of his qualities so that you don't have to worry that you might be asking a dumb question. I'd give six stars if I could.

Thorsen's did a great job. They assessed the problem with my heater, ordered the part needed to fix it, and returned to install the part in under a week. Carlos did the work. He was prompt, respectful and aware of keeping my house clean. He replaced the filter too! Great kid!

Today I had my air conditioning units serviced. This is the third year that Ruben has performed the services. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and explains everything to me so that I can understand. Ruben is polite, respectful, informative and has a great personality. He also informed me how to keep my units in their top condition. Seth also performed the services on my heating unit. He was also very knowledgeable, polite, and clear in his communication to me. I will continue to use Thorsen’s Norquist, Inc for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

As always, the employees from Thorsen-Norquist were polite, on time, and efficient. Gabe and Seth replaced my thermostat--Gabe was training Seth and did a fine job; I'm a retired teacher so I know a good one when I see one. Seth and I had a nice conversation while I was paying the bill. The next day, Paul came and quickly found the plumbing problem; he had it repaired very quickly, and I was able to go on with my day. I can highly recommend your business!

I’ve been a customer of Thorenson’s for over 15 years. The service department has always been friendly as well as the technicians that perform the work. Today Seth came out to perform routine maintenance on my heater. Seth was extremely thoughtful, courteous, and sensitive to my home, pets, and performed his job quickly and effectively. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. My AC started to blow hot air so Thorsen got me an appointment the same day. Repair man Gabe knew exactly what to do and fixed my AC within 30 mins. Gabe is VERY PROFESSIONAL and well knowledgeable. Very friendly and respectful. Thank you Gabe for a job well done and Thorsen for fast service.

Ruben conducted our bi-yearly service for our dual units and exceeded all expectations. He was thorough, enthusiastic, and consistently positive. Impressively, during his first inspection and service, he established clear service standards for future maintenance. His dedication to ensuring our equipment operates at its best was truly commendable.

Four years ago, Thorsen's installed all new equipment and ducting throughout our home and has been our service provider ever since. This was our first experience with Ruben, and we are very pleased. Ruben also took prolific photos of issues, findings while cleaning, and the end result of his efforts to show me, eliminating the need for me to physically inspect the attic and outdoor areas.

Rick was extremely professional. He had the AC working in less than an hour. He was informative and had wonderful customer service. Will definitely use the company again and request Rick.

Ruben did our planned spring service today. He has been at our home several times over the years and is always friendly, efficient and cheerful. He knows what he's doing and always explains what's going on and makes suggestions if there's any issue. He makes sure I'm completely informed of all the available options before proceeding.
