We just had our annual heating service with Ruben and everything checked out fine. Ruben was great to work with and was very informative about the equipment. We are longtime customers and would welcome Ruben back anytime!

I had a great experience with Thorsen’s Heating and Air. the technician Urvan was polite, on time, and very professional throughout the entire visit. I really appreciate the they wore booties to keep my floors clean - it’s the little details that show they care. Urvan also took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which was really helpful. highly recommend their services!

Had an issue with my HVAC that a technician from Thorsen's was able to diagnose and fix really fast. The technician had great attention to detail and also fixed a wiring issue which was not up to code and could have been a problem later on.

This morning Rick 1358 with Thorsen’s-Norquist serviced the a/c units at three of my locations starting 8:15am & ending at 11:45am. He was on time, used boot covers when entering all locations. He was very friendly, professional, thorough & explained everything he was testing & checking. You could tell Rick takes pride in his work & like his job. He also pointed out if there were any issues & if parts would need to be replaced. I told him that I’ve had my units serviced twice a year for many years & he’s been the most thorough technician I’ve ever had. If you need your a/c units serviced you need to request Rick he’s amazing.

He fixed the issue, explained everything clearly, and even checked the unit for maintenance concerns. I really appreciated that he took the time to walk me through how Thorsen’s servicing works. It genuinely sold me on continuing with them. The attention to detail, including wearing booties to keep my floors clean, really showed they care. Highly recommend.

When I have had issues with my AC and heater (luckily not at the same time), I know to contact Thorsen’s - Norquist for help. Not only are they fast, but they are extremely helpful and reliable. I recently had Irvin come out to help and he was not only friendly and professional, but he made sure to explain every step to me so i understood the problem and solution. I highly recommend this company for your needs, as well.
