Great service. We have known Ruben for at least 20 years and it's always good to see him. Ruben and Seth were on time and made sure that our heater works perfectly.

I am highly satisfied with the work performed by Rick on our heating system. He not only repaired the unit, but took time to educate me on the proper function of both our heating and AC, providing tips to help preserve the life of the system. He was very professional. The office was also quite helpful identifying the potential problem I was having and scheduling service on the following day. I will definitely use them again.

Thorsen’s-Norquist sent out Cliff to do some repair work our gas line from the meter to the house. He arrived on time and fixed everything very quickly and safely. Then made sure our water heaters were working. He even wore shoe covers in the house even though I said he didn’t need to. Very nice person and good customer service.

Thorsen's Norquist team is always professional and they give high quality service. They will only fix what needs to be repaired and they will explain every service in detail to you. The technicians are experience, courteous and so helpful. We truly appreciate any time we need to use they for their services. Highly recommend.

Our air conditioner quit working at 8 pm on Friday. After calling Thorsen's, we reached repairman, Irvin. He said he could be here Saturday morning. He followed up with a call explaining fees on Saturday morning. He was here promptly around 8 am and diagnosed the problem, had a replacement part and was finished with the repair in a short time. He was very polite and professional and upfront about costs. I had called two other repair shops before Thorsen's and didn't receive a return call. I highly recommend.

Seth was professional, friendly, and quickly fixed our HVAC issue. He explained everything clearly and did great work. Highly recommend and will be requesting him in the future.

After working with Jarrett to fix my issues with the water valve I had installed , they did an amazing job of coming out to re work the plumbing. They were prompt and professional. I am pleased to have this issue resolved.

Based on the many recomendations of friends, we had a new HVAC system
installed by them, we were so pleased with everything, we signed up for their summer and winter check. Now we continue to have our system checked twice a year, and remain completely happy with their work. We met Ruben the first time he did our service call, arrived on time, professional, was neatly dressed, treated our home with respect, answered all our questions .
We have also met other service men over the years, and instantly knew they had been trained by Ruben, they all had the same wonderful work ethic!!! Today we had our spring check by Steth, another wonderful experience, and yes he was also trained by Ruben!!! In todays general lack of good service everywhere, yours remains GREAT, Thank you.

We have used Thorsens for years to service our heater and air conditioning units. They always do a great job. They are timely and efficient. Seth came to do an air conditioning checkup this week, he noticed something off on the reading and gave us a choice of what to replace. Once he opened the machine up and retested before replacing the part, he found it wasn’t needed after all. We appreciate the honesty and helping us to save money. I highly recommend them for all heating and air conditioning needs!

The motor on my A/C unit went out sending the temperature in my house to over 90°! Even though they had to order the new motor, Seth had my house back to cool temperatures within a day.
