Took a weekend trip to the lake, when we got back we found that the ac stopped working, to our luck it had happened on a very hot summer weekend. We called air kustoms and Juan made it possible for someone to get us serviced in no time getting the house to stay cool again. The service tech was very professional and polite made sure everything was checked out really took his time but efficiently quick and in no time had the ac cooling down the house. I would recommend anyone to air kustoms for any of your A/C needs.

We chose Air Kustoms more than 6 years ago and have been consistently happy with our choice since then. They have always given us fair quotes, been transparent about the scope of work, and performed the work with skill, care, and diligence. We have always felt comfortable welcoming them into our home. Most recently our 20+ year legacy A/C system died in the heart of the Central Valley summer. Air Kustoms worked with us to install a modern efficient heat pump to replace the A/C and gas heater, along with new ducts, an attic fan, and high grade attic insulation on an emergency basis all while staying in our budget. We have trusted Air Kustoms since we moved in to our home, and we will continue to use their services - they have shown they have the skill, professionalism, and honesty we look for in a business.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I was hosting a party and my AC was not working. The technician, Max, came over in a pinch and got it back up and running just in time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Excellent experience start to finish. I’ve been in my home for 26 years and this was the best investment I’ve made. Got the ductless mini split system and it is quiet, efficient and is saving me money every month on my utility bills. I was very happy with the installation process and over all care that was taken. I highly recommend this company and its service.
