Air kustoms has assisted with climate control in our home from 2008 when we purchased the property. They are very efficient and prompt when called upon, often giving valuable energy savings tips. Their charges are very friendly and often work within our budget and means. Very understanding. They have recently recommended and installed a “smart” thermostat which I can control on my phone from wherever I may be. No longer do I have to enter a hot or cold house and wait for the AC to kick in. I would like to give a particular shout out to Juan whose professionalism is very admirable. I have complete confidence in him and his team and I highly recommend Air Kustoms to anyone in the California Central Valley and beyond. You won’t regret it.

What a great experience working with Brad and his very capable and professional team. After moving into my home where some shady HVAC work was previously done (or not), Patrick came and fixed the furnace, and Alfred and his team came and cleaned up the shoddy work and gave me a working duct system and attic insulation. Professional and kind, the work was done cleanly and with great respect to property and home. They also gave me some "watch-outs" to make sure I was aware of some things that needed to be addressed outside of their scope of work. If that's not top-tier work and service, I don't know what is. Unfortunately, this Brad and this company destroyed our home. We had a brand new AC unit installed, and after three months we had leaking from our ceiling. Several months after that, and after finding lots of mold, our home is still under construction to fix their mistake.

Brad-the owner, and his crew did not install the unit correctly. They tried to cover how bad it was by saying it will all dry up-there was lots of mold because it was several months later. They never followed up after, they never apologized. Only admitted fault to insurance.

They played so nice all the way through, until there was a problem with their work.

I cannot recommend avoiding Brad and this company enough.

Technician was on time and knowledgeable. He systematically tracked down a circuit board fault
in the furnace. He was very good explaining what he was doing. Very satisfied.

We upgraded our old thermostat to new WiFi thermostat. Technician explained us how to use thermostat. Kamal was excellent, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Service tech showed up to my house to check heater blowung cold air. I tried to explain to them sitation but language barrier was an issue. Was told they would show up between 2-6 pm showed up at my house at 12pm while I was out had to rush back home. Called them to come back for same issue but never showed. Called shop no answer would not recommend company

Kamal was great, arrived earlier than expected, very professional, great at what he does fair pricing and job was completed in a timely manner. I recommend him to everyone and I will only call him from now on. Thank you Kamal
