I started using The Maids after another scheduled service canceled on me at the last minute and didn’t offer an alternative. I searched “same day cleaning service” (my family was coming into town that evening, I really wanted the house cleaned by a pro and not just me with some Clorox wipes and a Swiffer) and The Maids came up first with great reviews. Jerry responded to my call immediately, was able to offer same-day cleaning service for extra cost, and the maids went above and beyond to make my house impeccably clean despite me being a last minute add to their day and my house needing some TLC! (They even cleaned my toaster oven without me asking. I was in heaven.) After that my husband and I decided to do the every other week service, which is perfect for us for maintenance. Other reviews have said it but it’s really true - my house sparkles after The Maids come!! It feels sort of luxurious to have a cleaning service, but it’s totally worth it to me…it would take me WAY longer to make the house this clean myself. The ladies are super fast (usually takes them just under an hour for our 1400sqft home), friendly, and prompt. I love that they send you automatic texts about when they’ll arrive during your time window too. Overall, great things to say!

I am very happy with The Maids services. I have had them come to my home for Fall and Spring cleaning for several years. Communication has always been great and they were able to honor all of my requests. A team of ladies comes with a smile and eager to get to work and in a few hours, deep cleaning is done. Fan blades dusted, baseboards vacuumed, fingerprints gone from cabinets and doorways, appliances shined, on and on! Voila!

I have been using The Maids of OC for 6 months now and highly recommended their outstanding performance. We still chat before they start each week to go over anything more I might need them to focus on or add for that week. They always come on time, in uniform, with large smiles on their faces. I have been extremely impressed with each service. (Even my husband noticed how clean the shower doors were) They are always helpful and seem to go an extra mile to please me. I have gotten several phone calls and text messages from their office asking how everything went and if I needed anything more.
I am very happy to be a weekly customer. I am pleased with the rate I pay and I can't say enough about the team!

The Maids do a thorough job with the initial cleaning and then the bi-weekly cleanings. The text or call me or my wife with any questions - so communications is top notch. We trust the Maids team members - they are honest hard working folks. They even have the keys to our house! I'm very happy with the professionalism of The Maids.

The Maids of Orange county is the go to place for any type of cleaning. We found them on yelp and going off their reviews I would say was very accurate.

The cleaning crew is amazing they come with 4 people and they are out of our shop in 1 hour. They don't get in the way of anything. Very friendly and follow instructions well. The cleaning is spotless!

Pricing is very reasonable.

I’ve used The Maids weekly for a few years. They do a good job for me. The agency provides a team of 4, each team member performing a different task. Most of the time I see the same 4 women and their work is consistent. My team leader Yolanda has a great attitude, a beautiful smile and is definitely my ‘Go To Gal’. I particularly like that they can clean my 3,200 sq ft home in about an hour and a half. If I ever need something special they are more than willing to take care of it. They are also involved in the community and are making a difference in lives of others. One of their their activities is during the holidays. Each year for Christmas they take the time to organize a toy drive. They offer their clients an easy way to donate by picking up the toys during regular service and getting them to the kids. I appreciate knowing they care for others. They have also diaper drive, I think it’s for Mother’s Day and they get the diapers to Mom’s that can use some help.

This is the first time hiring cleaners and The Maids of OC have been doing a great job. I am very happy with their service.

The Maids are incredibly detailed! They clean all the grooves in the furniture that other cleaners have missed. The baseboards are glistening and they clean under all the furniture so thoroughly!!! So thrilled with their work!

They do an excellent job. I have been using them for 10 years and have not been disappointed. If you are, they promise to return and make it right at no cost. I have had different teams over the years, but you do get the same team each time unless there is a promotion and they reorganize their teams. They are all fabulous.

Rosa and her team did a thorough job cleaning my house before I had company over, relieving a huge amount of stress for me. Very pleased and would recommend The Maids OC. They were able to fit me in with very little notice too, which I appreciated.

I found The Maids OC via Google and use the service for routine house cleanings. This is a very organized and thorough company. The office staff is also quite thoughtful. The team lead reviewed my wishes at great length during the first visit; the team assigned to my house has subsequently maintained the very same high level of service. These are conscientious, hard-working, trustworthy people.

Pricing was unreasonable. They give a quote over the phone then show up and want to charge more than double the quote.
The cleaning was good which is why I gave two stars. The business practice for quote and cost is the problem.

If I could give Maison Moving 0 stars I would. Don't go through this moving company if you have any sentimental items because they simply don't care about your stuff. After 4 months from using their services to move things into my storage unit I found several things that were broken or damaged. My nightstand broken in the back. Box with glass cups broken. The most heartbreaking thing that they broke and seem to have no remorse over is my brother's and my dog's urns were broken with the ashes now mixed together. The ashes were also all over my couch pillows. Talk about being traumatized and having to relive a moment in my life I thought was laid to rest. When I called to let the company know on Saturday 4/20/24, I was informed that the person who handles things of this matter wouldn't be in til Monday........a matter like this should never be delayed and addressed immediately, which this company seems as if they could careless since it's not their family member. I paid a pretty penny to have my things moved and tipped extremely well but not to have received this type of treatment of disrespect. SHAME on you Maison Moving I hope you never have to experience what your dishonest movers have put me and my family through truly disgusted by your company!
