I would highly recommend Maison Moving. The weekend before my move, I hired another moving company with a cheaper hourly rate to move my girlfriend from her house. That was a big mistake on my part. They worked 40% slower, didn’t have the needed equipment and damaged my flooring and furniture. What should have been finished by 5:00 took until 10:00. At the end of the move, the cost of moving with Maison Moving was less expensive and better service. The crew they sent out, Robert, Gilbert and Buddy were great!

My move with your company was flawless. Your workers came to work and accomplished the task in 4 1/2 hours. I paid less than what I was quoted and they were all professional and courteous. I want to personally thank Jorge, Martin, Jose, Nate, JR and Eddie. They were Amazing and they worked really hard.

Robert and his team made our move so seamless. I was so overwhelmed with packing and how much stuff we had but they made quick work of boxing everything up. Not only were they quick, but they were all extremely kind and professional. They made quick work of packing and cleaned up afterwards. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, Robert and the team at Maison moving will be who I call! The best!!!

I had used Maison moving several years ago when I relocated my stuff from Rancho Cucamonga to Palm Desert. I had a crew of two and a solid hour and a half of drive time. That original crew was very fast, and I sustained zero damage. That prompted me to use them again. This time around, there was no drive time, and I was literally moving about 500 feet away from an upstairs condo to a downstairs condo. I had everything packed and ready to go. The only difference in this move apart from zero drive time was the fact that I acquired a bed, dresser and night stand which had to be dismantled taking less than 10 minutes.

The scheduling was flawless. I was thrilled! The crew of two got here right on time. The moving began… I noticed one of the movers was an older guy, and he had a limp. I wasn’t sure at the time if that was due to an active injury or just the way he normally walked. Thankfully, it was February so the weather was great. I made sure they had plenty of water, and I even ordered two large pizzas for sustenance. Unfortunately, my dresser got damaged… One of the legs. They tried to cover it up and indicate that it was like that. I knew it wasn’t. Thankfully I walked in just in time so the damage could be noted. I am including a video that I took. The move ended up taking several hours longer to move 500 feet than what it did the very first time. I couldn’t understand how that was possible???? The older guy definitely wasn’t moving very quickly, and I learned that his leg had been bothering him, and he was in pain. That would definitely explain why everything was taking so much longer.

They ended up charging me for like 10 hours of moving labor. I can understand if I had some big palatial estate they were moving, but I came from a two bedroom 1200 square-foot condo where the majority of my stuff was already in boxes . No drive time and literally 500 feet away.

I called and talked to Daniel, and he pulled up my original record. I explained to him about the damage and just had a very civil conversation with him. All in all, I asked him to talk to both the guys that were working that day to get a fair assessment of how they felt the day went. I asked him to verify the fact that the one older guy had a leg/knee injury preventing him from being able to hustle during the moving process. Honestly, I was looking for two hours of credit which Would have equated to about $400. I didn’t feel that was too much to ask. Daniel ended up getting back to me, but he definitely changed his tune and didn’t seem interested in assisting me through the process. He wanted me to file a claim, and he gave me the indication that it would go nowhere. Of course, when you factor in the age of my furniture, that would’ve been a moot point as well. I have one more move to make, and I can assure you, I will not be using Maison moving.

Being in the customer service industry, I recognize how important it is to be able to overcome objections and find compromises. The whole reason for my move was to be able to accommodate my disabled parents as I was needing to bring them out to California to reside with me. Everything was rushed, and I just didn’t have the energy to dance through a bunch of hoops when I was given the impression it would be pointless.

There is absolutely no reason it should take 10 hours with two Guys to Load up boxes from a 1200 square-foot house and relocate it 500 feet. This move cost me just under $2000. In addition to that, they broke one of the legs off of my dresser. I will never use them again and I would encourage you to continue shopping to a moving company that will do the right thing when a problem arises.

Thank you Maison Moving for the great service moving our father to his new home. Dan and his team showed up right on time and took great care in wrapping all our furniture for the 20 min drive to our father’s new home. They also worked with us to coordinate a second trip to get one additional piece he really wanted to have while also keeping the costs in mind for us. This is the 4th / 5th time our family has used Maison and we will only be calling them in the future.

They went above and beyond to make our move less stressful as it easily could have been! They took care of EVERYTHING!!! They were very pleasant! Once they got started, they basically didn’t stop! Very time efficient! And they made sure that we were satisfied with their service!!! And my husband and I definitely were satisfied with the three of them!!! Thank you!!!

Your movers Rigo and Lucas were not only professional, they were extremely careful with our furniture yet they were quick in preparing each piece for the move. I watched as they carefully wrapped and secured each item as if it was their own. I would highly recommend you ask for them when you are ready to make a move. Once I started watching them they relieved me of the anxiety and stress moving can cause.

We had a great experience with our movers. Booking our move was easy and all the pricing was up front. The movers were on time to pick up, handled our items with care, and were quick getting things loaded and unloaded as not to cost us an arm and leg. Highly recommend this company and will use them again for our next move.

Maison Moving was incredible! They moved us from one house to the next, and throughout it were incredible. Rigo, Cody, Luis, and Kevin were the ones that assisted us and could not have asked for better movers. Friendly, even kept my kids entertained while working. Highly highly recommend!

Great moving company to use if you want $3,900 worth of items to be stolen from you from all the boxes that have been packed up. When you file the claim form they send you, the rep Daniel stops answering you and the manager Larry goes MIA when he says he will get back to you and they don’t want to be associated with theft and they will resolve this issue and the stolen items from me.
Also they’re great at damaging your walls and window screens.
I have used this company for the second time while there was no problem with my previous move 2 years ago.
But this time on 01/17/2023 moving locally in OC
I was charged $3,200 for the move which the movers took 90 minute lunch break on my hours and stole $3,900 worth of items from me, still no resolution and no response from their headquarter manager Larry.

Can't say enough about what a nice job these movers did on our move to Northern California. Really quick, everything was well wrapped, and they were right on time. We had Renee, Brian D, and Cipriano loading and Renee and Antonio unloaded on the other end. All were super professional, helpful, and efficient. Would definitely use them again - highly recommend!

Excellent excellent excellent! We had three movers come help us move a 4 bedroom. It was a lot of stuff!! And they were amazing! We had Robert, Gilbert, and Angel and all 3 of them were so professional, kind, and great!!! They wrapped up our furniture so perfectly. Loaded up the big truck and unloaded everything with such care. We had zero issues. I highly recommend them!! We’d definitely use them again if we ever move. It was a perfect smooth experience. Just had a great experience! During the week before the move I was contacted a couple time to ensure that we were on schedule with is actually very helpful. Also sent me some tips for the day of the move. Movers called this morning and said they'd arrive in 20 minutes. Everything went according to schedule and everything ended up in the correct room. Movers were super helpful at all times and the came in a little under estimate. Totally happy and will recommend!

Had the best moving experience today with Maison Moving and Storage in Tustin. Rigo, Kevin and Lucas were incredible to work with.

They came and moved a fair amount of my things from storage to my new apartment. They got my things and Storage locker organized from a previous horrific moving company situation. They even set up my liftchair/recliner.
