Thank you to OldRich, Gilbert, Roberto and Johnny from the Chino office. They were so very helpful and moved our family into our new home. It ended up being a 12 hour day but they kept going strong and didn't complain the entire time. They carried very heavy furniture up stairs and built our beds back exactly as we needed from them. We absolutely appreciated them and will use Maison Moving in the future if we need to move again. Thank you so much!

Ramon, Milton and Jose were awesome helping us with our move to San Diego — they were professional, efficient, attentive to details, and really focused on customer service and client satisfaction. The truck got to our new address quickly (the movers beat us there!) and with no items damaged or lost. We had full confidence in the crew to take care of our furniture and possessions and get the job done smoothly and in a timely manner. They really made the moving process painless. These guys are fantastic and pros at moving, I had 2 movers and a truck, and they were the best, Cody and Codie. They did the work with great interest, speed and accuracy. All the time keeping a positive and fun vibe. They are transparent on pricing and fully insured. Highly recommend.

From the initial booking and getting detailed information, to the end of the move. Excellent customer service with Rep via phone, answered every question and was always available. They confirmed and went over the move details again right before my move. The morning of the move, they called and communicated exactly how they said they would. I had 5 movers with two trucks, and each driver was spot on with their communication. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient and careful with all of our items. They were very friendly, professional and their trucks were nice and clean. If you’re shopping for moving companies, trust Maison Movers. They work hard for every penny you pay them, very professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. They do not mess around. So glad I went with them and would use them again! They really took excellent care of us and the icing on the cake is their prices were excellent as well!!!

This is a great moving company! Very professional business in terms of communication, invoices and moving methods. Please invest in the minimal insurance that is 75$ additional to be safe. We had one small break on an old cheap dresser so I wasn’t worried. But if you have big dollar items it’s better to invest in the insurance. Only reason for the 4 stars was the guys were late by 1 hour.

Let me start by saying we have used this moving company 3 previous times when they were under their previous name and these were local moves. We just had a long distance move within California and it was a terrible experience. The booking process went well, and I sent pictures of everything we had. The movers did a walk through to see what all was to be loaded and then started to load up. The guys worked quickly and seemed to do a good job. Close to the end, they stopped and notified us they were concerned that we would go overweight. The solution was to put the rest of the stuff that was not essential on a second truck, and we would receive those items within the next week. Everything moved so quickly that we were not aware of everything that was put on that second truck. The movers unloaded the first truck at our new place and everything went well. We had to contact the company to see when we would get the rest of our items daily and we got the same response of ‘we are looking into it’. They were trying to get another job set up to bring our stuff at the same time, but all of those trucks were full. We started unpacking and noticed that we were missing some essential items. The company came back and said they could deliver our stuff the following week, which would be 2 weeks from the original move. This was unacceptable and not what was agreed upon. They finally agreed to deliver our stuff 5 days after the original move. The movers seemed to be annoyed, but that is not our fault and they should take that up with their management. We were really upset to find that a lot of stuff on the second truck was broken or damaged and almost seemed to be done intentionally. The management needs to have better contingency plans put in place for situations like this and we provided everything we were supposed to. They are the professionals and should know how to handle it. We also did not appreciate how management tried to make it seem like they were doing us a favor by not charging us to store our items from the second truck and then drive it to us. This shouldn't have been on us anyways. It is a shame at how bad this company has gotten, and we will not be using them ever again nor would we ever recommend them.

I wanted to take the time to express how happy I was with the Maison Moving Company. The professionalism of my first contact with the company was right on target and the pricing was fair for what you get. Everything was explained in detail and they delivered on everything they promised. A big shout out to the moving team Victor, Cruz, and Guillermo. They worked hard and fast and were very careful in taking care of our furniture. They were very accommodating and did what was asked of them. I give this whole experience a 5 star rating.

Highly recommended... Cody Law was my Crew Lead. His team, including Codie Davis, Rigo, and Lucus, were all solid. Zero breakage. Tireless workers. Personable. Clear communication. These guys deserve a raise.

Martin and Joshua were absolutely incredible! They moved very quickly and didn’t complain at all. Would definitely hire them again if I needed movers.

Just used Maison Moving for the third time and still amazed. Had Jorge, Jose, Martin & Jr. Cuza move things safer and faster than I thought humanly possible. What a great strong team with the best positive attitudes and communication.

I highly recommend Maison Moving. Stephanie was very helpful and patient, seeming to understand the stresses of moving. The movers (I regret I've forgotten their names) were terrific. They took care in packing my stuff, were friendly while efficient and very helpful. I am so appreciative.

I had a really mixed experience with Maison Moving. First off, when I had to move my date because of nonsense with my apartment, they went above and beyond to make sure they got people to my apartment when and where I needed it. Which I truly appreciated. 5/5 experience with them on the phones.

A little bit of background to explain why I get frustrated: I had permission from my apartment to use movers the day after my move out date as long as I got my keys to them by 9:30 AM. Otherwise they'd charge me an extra days rent: ~$65. Now I had told the company I only wanted 6-10 heavy/unwieldy items moved and
I had moved or would move everyone else. The plan was to have them move the big furniture pieces and then, worst case scenario, I'd pay the extra rent and take the rest of the day moving the small stuff.

Now when the movers got there, they said they called me. They had the right number, but I had no missed calls which was odd. So we're already starting off on a bad foot. I tell them what I want to prioritize and I even had a whole white board with the items in order of importance! So the company knew, the movers knew, and there was a visual aid. The movers proceed to move everything instead of the things I actually need moving. And instead of calling it after an hour of moving furniture so we can make it to the move site, I'm held hostage by still needing the furniture moved. The move time at the original location is double what I hoped even with me and my girlfriend eventually moving a lot of the little stuff to try to keep them focused on the furniture. We have to rush to turn in the keys in time to get out without also paying extra rent for the day while they're moving the last 3 pieces. There were a couple other minor issues, but they were mostly resolved and not worth mentioning.

The whole day went from something that was supposed to make my life easier to extremely stressful and ruining the whole day.

We eventually got to payment, which was $200+ more than what we expected. Again, the idea was to stay on budget by closely watching the time and having them stop with smaller stuff we could move on our own. So I pay an extra $90 cash that I had on hand and then talked to Daniel (I think) on the phones afterwards before paying any more. I can't, in good conscience give Maison 5 stars because the moving aspect was so stressful the whole time watching them not do what I clearly asked them to do and then trying to charge me for doing more than I wanted them to. But Daniel waived the extra $100 or so. So we met in the middle and I really appreciated that he was able to listen to my story and meet me halfway and not charge me any more than I had in cash. Another aspect is that the workers did work that long and should be paid for their work, so I understand. I think I could bump it up to 5 stars if they were able to not charge me the extra $90 I had to pay. But I feel like Daniel was already stretching his capabilities with what he could do.

The beginning with the several people I worked with to make sure I had the movers at the right time and Daniel at the end bump this from a 1 star review to a 4 star experience. I just wish the movers could have listened to my instructions and needs and this could have been a glowing review.

Roberto and Fonzi went above and beyond moving my furniture to my home. They were on time, courteous, and quick while taking great care of each piece and the home. I’d recommend Maison Moving to all my friends and family, and I’ll use their services for any future moves.

The absolute BEST moving experience ever. Rigo and Lucas made my move so easy. They were neat, polite, professional and quick! Definitely recommend.

The two movers who moved me, Martin and Edward, moved so quick and were very courteous and professional. They made sure that my furniture that needed to be taken apart was put back together like it was before. If I had to move again, I’d call them to move me.

Great work done by Robert & Gilbert! Professional through and through from start to finish. They went up 3 flights of stairs multiple times for me. I wish I had their enthusiasm! Would definitely request them for my or my families next move. 5 stars well earned! Thanks again.

Fonzie, and his team were professional, courteous and very thorough. They took great care in ensuring items were not damaged, although a stainless steel garbage can lid was scratched up due to them stacking items on it. The lesson is do not buy expensive garbage cans! Other that that, the team was exceptional, and I would definitely use them again.

Maison movers showed up on schedule and got straight to Buisness. These guys are complete professionals and come prepared with all the moving equipment tape blankets boxes Dollie’s. Martin Junior Nate Jose and George moved a complete a 4,000 sq ft home in a couple hours . Furniture fridge doors were assembled and disassembled. These guys move swiftly and I would highly recommend .

Would highly recommend this company. Great communication and time saving tips sent prior to move. I had 3 of the hardest working guys a person could ask for on a blazing hot day. My crew was also very professional, clean and careful with all my belongings. My move came in a little under the time frame we expected which was a addition bonus to a already wonderful experience. Anyone moving already knows it's a costly expense all the way around, hiring these movers was absolutely the best money I spent.

Robert & Gilbert were excellent at their moving job getting our stuff to our new apartment. We've been without any place to live for quite a while so making our transition to our first apartment in a long time and not having to worry about the details of moving was a great weight off my shoulder. Thank you Robert and Gilbert for a five-star day.
