Every time we call Conejo Services out to work on our HVAC system, they show up on-time and complete the job quickly and professionally.

Had a great experience, our plumber Stacie was fast, honest, and downright delightful. We will be switching from our regular plumber who was unavailable to Conejo from now on. Thank you guys for the thorough explanation of services and wonderful customer service!

Our old water heat leaked and I called Conejo in the morning. They came the same day and installed the new heater within a very short time. Tyler and Yasser did a great job!

My service tech today was Alex Limón. He was very friendly and professional and quickly went about servicing both of my FAUs. I appreciated his attention to detail and cleanliness. Definitely recommend their services.

I had problems with the air conditioner not cooling during an unseasonably warm day. Jesse arrived early and checked everything inside and outside the house and the ducts in the attic. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the problem(s). Overall, it was a very satisfying experience to see the job getting done to my satisfaction. Well done.

Great service - on a weekend too. It's been over one year that I have used the new hot water heater. No problems. I always have hot water whenever I need it. No running out during any usage. Thank you for giving me back hot water on a consistent basis!

Carlos came to our home yesterday and he was such a help! He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. Our heat stopped working suddenly and since we just moved in, we were hoping it was nothing major. Carlos quickly identified the problem, troubleshooted and ensured everything worked properly. I’m sure all the workers are great at Conejo but if we ever had any more issues, we’d always request Carlos.

I also want to thank the lady at the call center. I did not get her name but she was able to accommodate sending someone out the same day. It meant a lot because we have a newborn and been freezing in the house for the last two days so it was very important to get the job done same day.

It was $87 dollars for the diagnostic and Carlos changed our filter.

The Conejo service staff are professionals, personable, and reliable. We have the membership and recently had our annual electrical and plumbing visit. Gauge and Stacie were the field techs respectively and explained the process and any recommended repairs in detail, answering any questions raised along the way.

The employees I’ve dealt with from Conejo Heating and Air Conditioning have been the most well spoken and knowledgeable staff I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I’m having a new heating and air conditioning system installed as well as replacing the ducts. I’m also purchasing and having Conejo install a built in Generac generator to power it all when the power fails as it does often here. The list below didn’t include all the work I’m having done which is why I listed it.

Eric was kind, thorough and a delight to have turn on my furnace and check everything very well and replace the filter. He even cleaned out 25 years worth of dust from the lint filter in the washing machine, which I had no way of reaching. I cleaned the filters every day, but that’s on the washing machine not from the exhaust on the other side of the house. Thank you very much

I had Conejo Valley Services out on Monday and Alfredo went above and beyond. He took his time inspecting the furnace, dryer vents, and air ducts, and patiently explained what he was seeing and why it mattered. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. Even my dog Karl adored him—and now Karl is in love with the little rabbit Alfredo gave him. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Conejo Services are the best and I recommend them to everyone looking for heating, plumbing or electrical needs. We have signed up for the monthly service and the yearly service calls are worth every penny. James came for a plumbing check-up and was awesome. He walked us through everything he was doing, took time to go over his findings and offered us some helpful tips to address them. Great service.

Great service technicians but the job was expensive. Replaced a hose for my dishwasher and tried to clear a little gunk build up. The technicians were nice and courteous and very polite, and I like that they explained what they needed to do.

I recently called Conejo Home Services because I had a backed up shower drain. I've been a customer for over 30 years and I wouldn't call or trust any other company with my plumbing or electrical needs. Kevin Ortiz came out and fixed my issue. I appreciated his professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness, consideration, and cleanliness. Kevin eluded confidence and professionalism. There was no upsell and I can honestly say, there never has been. In today's day and age I find that so comforting. Now that I know Kevin I'll be happy to request him when there is a next time! As with Conejo Home Services Kevin will always be welcome in my home! Conejo Home Services is family owned and after decades of many necessary service calls, they feel like family to me!!

I'm very happy with my service. I just had a furnace service, but My repair guy went out of his way to look for any recommendations and needed elements in my attic for me, was patient with all of my questions and very thorough.
Very importantly to me, He was kind, nice and personal.
I like to support a local company. I wanted to go with the old local one I was hesitant with Conejo services becoming much bigger - adding companies - but I have to admit, the last few people I've had with this company have been absolutely excellent. And better than many of the yahoos I'd had years ago with other local companies.
Everyone on the phone has been very helpful and nice also and I always feel like i'm in good hands. It's nice to be in good hands with a long time company that you can trust.
Honestly even though the company has gotten bigger, I feel like they've gotten better. And I'm still supporting a local long time company..

I was actually feeling hesitant that I joined / paid to be in the member group , but after today i'm very reassured that i'm happy to have them on my side...

So, my HVAC system went out. Terminix had come out and broke it during my annual inspection, probably without even realizing it. I called Conejo Services and they sent Alex Lemon out within 6 hours of my call. He was great, and fixed the system. I had purchased the system from them but this was not really in the scope of the warranty but they covered me anyways. Awesome company, you may pay a bit more for services but these people are amazing!
