Kyler from iComfort was very knowledgeable in repairing my thermostat and servicing the ac unit and very professional. Even took the time to wear booties inside the house and now the air conditioner is blowing cold in this hot season.

First time customer here. Our AC unit started to go out in the middle of summer (of all times). I contacted iComfort and within a day we had a technician at the house. He was on time and thorough. We had a very old unit; he and his GM gave us a couple of honest opinions. We decided to purchase a new system vs "Patching" up work without knowing how long it would last. iComfort sent out Corey to go over all our options a day later, he clearly broke down the options to my wife and I. Within 24 hours we had iComfort at the house to install. They were awesome, we were about to have a full house with family visiting from out of state and they were able to install quickly to accomodate. Douglas, Juan and Alex were fantastic. They were able to keep the project areas clean, very respectful and easy to communicate with. We recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC work. Obviously we hope we don't need to purchase a new system anytime soon ;) but if you need work, iComfort was first class. Thank you George and the rest of the crew!

I had a wonderful experience with iComfort! George, Omar and Alex were awesome! I had to move quickly because our old HVAC system finally failed and I was referred to them by a trusted friend. George came out same day (on a Friday afternoon no less) to evaluate the situation and quickly sent a detailed proposal with a couple of options based on the consultation. The price was significantly better than the two other quotes I received, but more importantly, I knew that George and his team knew what they were doing and would take care of me. I wasn't just a number. I knew I would get a truly personal treatment and I was right! Based on my own experience and research, the quality of the installation for an HVAC system is extremely important, even more so than the choice of brands of the equipment. This includes knowing the proper sizes and equipment based on the needs of the specific home. Omar and Alex were my installers and I am really happy that they were! Omar was very patient with all my questions and concerns (I am a high-maintenance type of guy) and I knew he knew his stuff. I would never write such a long and glowing review if it weren't true! We continue to have excellent service from iComfort. Since we installed our system in 2019 we have had the maintenance agreement which continues to one of the best decisions we have made. I also have to commend them for their help after the Palisades fires.

We have used icomfort for years. We first used them through the ladwp optimization program but have transitioned to using them as our hvac company. Every tech that has ever come has been kind and competent.

We hired iComfort to install and program Mitsubishi PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 Wi-Fi Adapters and Mitsubishi PAC-USWHS003-TH-1 Kumo Cloud Wireless Temperature & Humidity Sensors Install and program 11 ceiling mounted air handlers. From the beginning to completion to troubleshooting - they were outstanding in terms of professionalism, being on time, and delivering top quality work. Corey came out and met with me on site and went above and beyond to explain our system and put together a proposal which he went over in detail both over phone and email in terms that I can understand. Then we coordinated date and time to have technician come out to install these interfaces in our ceiling cassettes so that we can use Kumo cloud wirelessly. When we had trouble using the system, they addressed the issues right away both over texting, email, and in person when it was required. We are extremely happy with their service and lucky to have them continue the maintenance work for our mitsubishi system.

I scheduled an A/C repairman to come out and repair my A/C. They were able to come out sooner than expected and the technician was very professional and diagnosed and repaired my unit and now is working great quickly cooling my house. Couldn't have repaired it sooner. I would highly recommend Jorge our technician and company to repair your A/C. I would call them or refer them again. Thank you!!

Icomfort helped us when we were in a difficult situation. Our old Hvac company installed a unit that looked like a picture frame in our bedroom, in addition to our general HVAC and it flew off the way, 3 years later in the middle of the night, almost landing on my husband. Our current HVAC company was no longer in business and one call to Icomfort and they came out and got the unit working again and installed correctly this time. We are grategul! Had iComfort come out for a long overdue cleaning of our dryer ducting and vents. Emmanuel and Allen were great. Our dryer is in the basement so the ducting is long and twisting. They were very thorough, friendly, and explained the whole process. When done they showed me before and after pictures. Looks like new. We are very grateful for their excellent work.

Our client is looking to purchase a huge home and there are so many inspections that must be done before the close of the contingency you are given to get them done.

We explained this to iComfort and they got it. They were out right away and did a great report and spent the time needed to look at all the systems of the house. The HVAC is on the roof, what a pain, but it is what it is. They did not complain. They just did their job. They were timely, which is a must for me. I had a HVAC company that we used a few times an they just did not respond to me when I wanted. We won't be using them again and their work was slow, ever so slow. iComfort, on the other hand knew we were in a hurry and they met the challenge.

We got a detailed inspection report from them and if our client decides to buy we will use them for all the repair and replacement. We trust them. Their prices are super fair.

Both Devon and Javier were incredibly skilled and supportive with the task at hand, but they were also SO beyond nice and generous - unprompted, they even offered to help me move a big plant out of our yard that I couldn't physically move myself! It was the middle of the first heat wave of the season, we have two systems and the downstairs system just suddenly stopped working. The thermostat was on set to 70° and it wouldn't get any colder than 80° in the house. I called Icomfort Heating And Air and they were there the same day. The tech came in assessed the problem and was able to fix it without having to replace any of the parts. I am so grateful that they were available and professional enough to figure out the problem ASAP. The air-conditioning is working extremely well right and my wife is off my butt.
