I really appreciate being able to call on Southland when our splits need maintenance. I've not lived with that kind of heating and cooling system previously, and it's great that the techs take the time to explain things and answer questions.

We worked with Diego today, and would highly recommend asking for him when you schedule your appointment.

I had really good luck with these guys up until recently. They installed a system into my house a couple of years ago, and did a great job. They’ve been out yearly for preventative maintenance and all of their technicians have been great.

I had been having trouble with my furnace turning on, so I called them out. The tech quickly found the issue, and told me that the burner assembly needed to be replaced. He said they would order the parts and let me know when they can come back and install it. I gave it a couple of weeks and called back, they said they would look into it and call me back in an hour. They didn’t. I called them back and they said I never authorized ordering the part, and that someone would get back to me later. I told them I’d just work it out with someone else.

This guys know there stuff and they have everything we need and the guys are great they are funny

They are bad for business, anything that you want to buy there even a wire nut or a spray bottle you need C-10 contractor licenses.

I wasn’t buying refrigerant. lol

So, I spend my money in Amazon!

This is a be try overdue review. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Icomfort and the team! We switched from an old HVAC system to a heat pump due to leakage… plus the old system had failed in previous summers… just horrible!… George, Hyrum, Douglas, Corey, Aiden, Javier, Juan de Dios, and the whole team in case I missed anyone! I am very satisfied and happy of the service provided by every single one of the staff in this company. Every single of them offered their support and the best of their expertise to give us the most!

The team installed a new heat pump, which unfortunately had factory issues… but that was not an issue for iComfort’ team! They were able to fix the issue even if that meant coming every single day until we had a working and perfect system for our family to survive the summer! My family and I are very happy with our new system. I really want to emphasize how professional and friendly the team is, best customer service I’ve had!

We love iComfort! They do quarterly maintenance for our heating and air conditioning. One of the A/C units was failing, and iComfort was able to send an technician out right away. Corey provided us with different options and we scheduled the new installation. Omar, Emmanuel and Isaiah were great. They were professional, quiet (I was working downstairs) and cleaned everything up. In addition to the new A/C unit installation, we had to have new ducting put in the attic and a new access panel. The entire job was finished in less than 2 days! You can’t tell that the access panel wasn’t already there. Our A/C is working perfectly and got us through the 118 degree heat wave we just experienced. Thank you iComfort!

The iComfort team was exceptional in fixing my air conditioning system this summer. It is hard when your air conditioning goes out on 100+ days but the iComfort team came out quickly and had all the parts on the truck to fix the air conditioner. No trips back and forth to the yard were needed. iComfort was able to diagnose and fix the issue efficiently on the same trip. The technicians were very respectful wearing shoe coverings inside as well as making sure we were aware of all issues with the system. I will use iComfort again and definitely recommend to my friends.

Javier came on time. Did a did the professional and efficient maintenance. We even corrected mistake by a previous HVAC company which when changing Capacitors left them dangling.
I have used iComfort for my other Condo to install an efficient HVAC and service - that was excellent performance also.

We hired Icomfort for a pretty big renovation project on our home. They installed a brand new Bosch hvac system as well as some other additional equipment (fresh air system, new Nest thermostats) for the new addition to our home. They also installed some UV air purifiers to our existing hvac system. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the construction process and we were really happy with their install team. Corey was very knowledgeable in recommending the best options/solutions for our project. The install team, Omar and Emmanuel were very professional and resourceful in working around some issues that came up. We appreciated that they also took their time to explain things to us and ensure that we were happy with their work. Overall, Icomfort is not the cheapest in pricing but we can tell that they are a seasoned/experienced company that can stand behind their work and make sure that things are done the right way. We would highly recommend Icomfort for any hvac service/install needs.

iComfort truly has the best employees. I had a scheduled maintenance call where the Tech did his work and when completed recommended a whole blow out cleaning and I asked about adding the UV lighting to my unit. He quoted a price and was able to install the same day. He was able to complete the blow out and add the UV to the unit to help maintain it's functionality. What was I was most impressed with, is that he did it with a smile and never seemed bothered the entire time. I saw nor felt any frustration from him as I knew it was going to be a long project and that he made me feel grateful. He was able to complete the job and extras in one day. Hiram did an amazing job! Thank you again!

Javier did a fabulous job. He showed me photos before doing any work. Clearly the company I was paying to do maintenance on my HVAC system was not doing what they were supposed to. Javier provided maintenance and made repairs that I could clearly see needed to be done in the photos. I am very happy with the service and will use them from now on.
