The sales representative Brett was very thorough and honest with all aspects of the process. My 2 installation techs were just as amazing, the went to work immediately and did a clean job. I am completely satisfied with the whole process.

Victor, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did the necessary check up and then gave me all the pertinent information. I will definitely use them again.

About a year and a half ago, Fleetwell installed my HVAC system. Everything worked fine at first, but a few weeks ago, after it rained, I noticed water leaking from the HVAC supply vent inside my house. A roof inspection confirmed the issue wasn’t from the roof but from the HVAC system itself.

I contacted Fleetwell right away and requested a repair. It has now been over two weeks, but no technician has been scheduled yet, and my calls have been transferred multiple times without any clear answer. I just want someone to take a look and help resolve the problem.

Also, I had scheduled an HVAC maintenance appointment for April 7, 2024, but unfortunately, no one showed up that day, and I didn’t receive any message to reschedule.

I’m writing this review to share my honest experience so far. I truly hope Fleetwell will respond and fix this issue soon. If they do, I’ll gladly update this review to reflect their efforts and the final result.

I believe in giving companies a fair chance to stand behind their work — I just hope Fleetwell will take that opportunity here.

Do not use this company. They installed a new cental air unit. I paid 9 grand. I relied on the info, trusted and believed the info I received. They are legally required to pull a city permit so the city can inspect their work after completion. This was extremely important to me and I was assured it would be done and it is legally required, and it was quoted in my estimate. After the installation, I discovered they did not pull the city permit. They said it was an "error". UPDATE: It is now 3 months later and I still cannot get the city inspection completed because Fleetwell will not cooperate. They say they will make the appointment but do not. Now I've discovered I am not getting heat. I've requested an appt for a tech. Still no appt. So they won't honor their 2 year warranty either. There is no manager to speak to. When I call it goes to a receptionist who has no information on my account and can only have someone call me back.The email address has no name associated. It just says 'office'. This business is super shady. I am now at the point of filing a lawsuit for breach of contract and code violations. I am not an easy person to fool, but they got me. They have an amazing sales person named Scott Hardy. He said all the right things. So out of the 4 companies I consulted with, I went with Fleetwell. I made a huge mistake.

I cannot Thank Bret Smith enough. He came right out to my property and looked at my unit. Bret was very knowledgeable and seemed to be on his game! I would recommend him to a friend or neighbor. 10 Stars my guy!

I received a message about their promotional flush cleaning for water heaters. I instantly booked for it. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and quick with the cleaning. I really appreciate how the dispatcher was able to communicate quickly for any questions or concerns. I will definitely use this company again for any of my air or water heater issues, concerns, and maintenance. Thanks again!

Freddy from Fleetwell Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing was great. He came out for a heating service call and did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, and most importantly, honest. He didn’t try to upsell me at all. Instead, he explained the current condition of my system, went over the pros and cons, and talked through future options in a way that was easy to understand.
Hands down the most honest and helpful tech I’ve dealt with in the last 20 years. Highly recommend Freddy if you need HVAC service.

Technician Jose checked HVAC, installed new filter and explained why I received error message when turning on the heat for the first time in more than 6 months. He made sure that the heating system worked properly. Courteous and professional.

I had a great experience. Easy appointment set up, very good communication and follow up. Sev K. did a great job of thoroughly diagnosing and repairing my AC issues and listened to all my questions and concerns.

The experience I had with Southland Heating and Air Conditioning was great. Aysha took care of me on the phone and set up a quick appointment, and Robert was friendly, polite, and professional. I highly recommend their services!

Christopher was great! He was on time, explained what he was going to do, showed me results, was extremely neat and clean, didn’t mind my large dog at all and answered all of my questions. I’m confident my system is being well taken care of.
