Brett the Technician is a very good person that explained me everything very well and he checked the AC unit very carefully, I very recommend this company, very professional ever since I called.

Brett came in was very professional and explained everything in detail. I greatly appreciated him understanding where I was coming from in the way of replacing the unit.

Javier T. came by for a home AC inspection and I cannot speak highly enough about how well he represented the Fleetwell brand. He was on-time, courteous, thorough, and remarkably patient with my many questions. I feel like I have a deeper understanding of my home AC unit based on his in-depth answers drawn from what is clearly deep well of personal knowledge and expertise!

I actually happen to have another experience with a competing HVAC company which did not give nearly as good of an impression. They were clearly salespeople masquerading as technicians, whereas Javier from Fleetwell is clearly a technician first. 10/10

I was really impressed with Javier. He came out to inspect and service the HVAC units. He was presentable and polite. When he was done, he explained everything he did. He provided estimates to replace the system and explained the electric systems and rebates available to replace gas. Good to know! When I do go to replace my system I will be calling Fleetwood! My experience with Fleetwell was great. The repairman Alex was very good at explaining the problem our system has and the options we have on either fixing or purchasing a new system. He was very courteous of the home and gave a good tip to help circulate air to try to cool down before the system is up and running. The prices the price for the new system are too good to pass up our family will be considering purchasing a new system, especially with the payment plan that they provide.

He was professional in behavior also in appearance. they actually walked me through the process in a very clear & easy to understand. very satisfied with this company.
