Maxie from their office was very helpful and responsive to my concerns, and she took time to follow up the next day to see how the system was working. Great job Southland.

We have used Southland for our personal home and always had great experience with them. This is the first time we used for a rental property we have. We just needed a maintenance check and a new Nest thermostat installed. The first scheduled date for this service, Southland canceled as I was waiting for them to arrive. We rescheduled for a few days later and Robert Alfonso, the tech, was very helpful and professional. I would definitely use again. :)

BEWARE! The technician came to evaluate our problem. We ended up with a $4500 quote to fix the issue. We trusted them and put a deposit ($650). While we were waiting for them to show up at a scheduled day and time (which they did not by the way), we asked two other companies to come and take a look. Both of those companies independently from each other told us that the issue is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT quoting just $1600 to fix. Southland either rip people off fixing problems that don't exist, or just unprofessional.

Now they are refusing to refund our $650 deposit after misdiagnosing the issue. (And we provided documents from other companies as they asked). The office person we are dealing with is extremely rude - hanging up, flat out yelling on the phone. She called today to yell and tell us that there is no way we are getting the deposit back!
