iComfort and Isaiah were AMAZING. I had been calling several other companies to take advantage of the LADWP A/C Optimization program which gets you a free nest thermostat, filter, and coolant if you need it. Everyone else I called was like "Call me back in a week." or just went to VM and I never got a call back. With iComfort they had a super professional receptionist who found an exact appointment that worked for me (No 6 hour arrival windows here!). Isaiah showed up exactly on time, was extremely polite and professional. Knocked out the install and checkup in less than an hour and now I have an awesome new Nest. Cannot recommend these guys enough, especially if you're considering the LADWP A/C Optimization Program. Thanks again Isaiah!

I just had iComfort install my new HVAC system. Omar and Emmanuel were fantastic! They did a great job, and I felt confident that they were making sure that everything was done properly. Super friendly and reliable, showing up when they said they would. I met with a few companies in this process, but I felt like iComfort cared the most about my business and doing a good job.

Shout out to Francisco Soto the technician who performed maintenance on our central heat and air. Extra praise for Francisco’s knowledge and expertise. He was so considerate and respectable. I would definitely call iComfort Heat and Cool again next time.

I had the pleasure of having Jorge, an AC technician, come out to fix our AC unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, not just about AC systems but also electrical components, which was very reassuring. Jorge took the time to thoroughly explain what the issues were, the steps he would take to fix them, and even shared helpful tips for maintaining the unit. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was working perfectly stood out. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with an AC technician. I highly recommend Jorge to anyone in need of skilled and reliable AC service!

I’m VERY happy with this business. They were actually referred to me by one of their competitors who didn’t service my area. They got back to me quickly, sent somebody out the same day. Problem was diagnosed (furnace motor), but it was a rare part so they had to order it - the very next morning they were back with the part and installed it. Price was very reasonable. The technicians are EXCELLENT - good attitudes and respectful of my property. They are my new go-to for any and all future HVAC work when needed.

I recently had a new air conditioning system installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and hassle-free.

And the owner held a steady hand as well, clearly trusting his employees who kept things moving. Nothing is easy, but these guys were VERY impressive. They were so focused on getting everything right, the guys even forgot to ask me for a check! Seriously iComfort... thank you! Really impressive customer service and workmanship!

I have been using iComfort for many years. Recently I wanted my ducts and dryer vent cleaned. My registers were paint sealed to the walls, so, the service I needed for this is called Negative Duct Cleaning. Without going into all that includes - I want to say iComfort handled this with ease. It is a long process but was well worth the efforts. I'll be having this done again regularly.

We appreciate the immediate response to this review. If only the same time, effort and detail the owner took to defend his bidding system could have been applied towards full disclosure on the bids proposed (unit cost/warranty cost/labor fees/taxes), instead of being cloaked as a benefit passed onto the consumer as a streamlined one size fits all rate. All seasoned companies have templates on hand to swap out info based on unit and labor. This was not a complicated job, it was a small mini split single AC unit for a 10x10 bedroom.

Additionally the owner changed his reply here, (which I screen shot and uploaded as he is likely to change again after this update) stating 4 options were offered. This is untrue. 3 Mitsubishi offers were submitted when we were clear we did not want a Mitsubishi. A single bid for a Gree model was sent only after we questioned why we got bids for units we said we didn’t want. In all reality, nothing was overlooked, we were provided one option with no transparency.

To compare our ask of an itemized bid on a $6,490-$7,430 job range, to the asking for an itemization of a “meal” at a restaurant is ridiculous. I stand by my experience, and again for what it’s worth, if a someone asks for clarity, a company should be able to answer without resistance or opacity.

We are really disappointed dealing with this company since it was referred to us by a friend. We are giving them 2 stars only because the salesman’s dog had recently passed and ours did too, so we briefly bonded over that. Other than that, we did feel like we were misled. We stated we absolutely did NOT want Mitsubishi because it is overpriced, and he said there were other units and options they had that he can bid out to us.

So upon getting the first email with 3 bids, they were for ALL Mitsubishi units and not one of them was itemized by cost for the model, parts, warranty, labor, taxes, etc. Just one lump sum for the brand we absolutely said we did NOT want.

So upon reaching out and asking, why are we getting bids for Mitsubishi when we said we didn’t want Mitsubishi? The salesman said he just did it quickly to give us an “idea” and he can get us more bids later on in the day. This was really frustrating to us as business owners, because now we’re ensnared with additional emails back-and-forth which was either incompetence or a bait and switch. Either way it’s a was wasted time for all.

Additionally we also stated we needed the new bids to be itemized by cost with the make/model, any parts, the warranty plan, the labor, taxes, etc. We were told then told the owners “don’t do that”. We deal with detailed legal contracts for a living in the entertainment industry and never in our careers have we seen a bid come through where it is not itemized for the scope of the job. Nor when asked to itemize, was told it cannot be done. Anything can be done.

As a consumer, transparency is paramount. Even a mechanic will itemize a spark plug cost and the labor cost for the work to be done and that is for a small job. To ask for a $6,490-$7,430 range job and not itemize any absurd. Again giving them 2 stars because we felt bad that the salesman‘s dog also recently died. But you can surmise for yourself what you think. A message to the company, if a potential customer wants transparency -- you should provide transparency.

Manager of a small apartment complex in Sherman oaks with 9 AC units and an annual service contract with iComfort going back several years. Their twice annual service has saved us from larger problems several times, keeping vintage systems operating well outside the expected 12 year life span. When we've had to have any of those units replaced after failures in the heat and rush of summer they've produced competitive bids and had the work done days if not weeks before other vendors. Highly recommend.

New AC unit installed. The installation was smooth and easy. Omar and Juan did a great job getting everything perfectly in place - including a new thermostat - with no glitches. Corey answered all our questions beforehand and came by after working hours to check on things for us after the install. And now our townhome is nice 'n' cool.

Update: Corey came out after hours again to make a minor wiring adjustment at our request. He was on the roof in the dark - twice - to make sure our issue was taken care of. And it is! Thanks again! (These guys are pros.)

Prompt response to after hours call for AC failure and scheduled a visit for next day. Thorough check of everything, had the parts needed and repair done in a couple of hours. Kyler explained what he found and was doing as he worked. Clean, careful and friendly.

Absolutely outstanding service. Polite, communicative, and efficient. This company recently took care of performing a service on my grandmother's home. They provided awesome feedback and suggestions without feeling at all like they were selling me something I didn't need. Very impressed with our experience with iComfort.

Such an amazing, honest, family-owned business! I met the owner George at a local trade show and explained to him I was told by another company that my heater was too old to find replacement parts and I would need to purchase a new unit, which we could not afford and have since been using a space heater to keep our baby warm. George told me of his experience with older heating units and was confident he could repair it and offered a complimentary house call. Upon inspection, George identified the problem and was able to get the part to repair the unit! He also identified a safety hazard with the gas line and said they could correct it when they make the other repair. George was very personable and transparent throughout the entire experience. He was able to give me an estimate for the cost of the repair and what would be included.
Javier and Francisco came out to make the repair today, they were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to install the replacement parts quickly and tested both the heating and air conditioning units for functionality. They were able to answer all of our questions and were also very personable and respectful.
I will recommend this business to everyone needing any HVAC service! They are quick to schedule and make repairs. They are honest and transparent with pricing. Just an overall amazing family-owned business.

It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. You could tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is happy.
