This air conditioning repair service did a great job. My air conditioner was making noise and spilling water. They quickly fixed the problem inside the company. Now everything works quietly and well. The tech was very skilled and polite.

Zee is by far.... the most considerate, honest, humble person I’ve ever met who also happens to be a contractor. There aren’t enough stars here for this guy. Trust me. He’s zee best!

I hired Zee of Valencia Air to braze my HVAC lines. I had done the split AC system installation myself, but needed a licensed contractor to braze the HVAC lines, in order to maintain the warranty on the system. Therefore, it was more of a favor that Zee was doing for me. We ran into issues trying to isolate why the system wasn't working. Jaime, the onsite technician that Zee, was very knowledgeable and helpful, trying to isolate the issue. Without Zee and his team, we would have never isolated it down to a bad outdoor compressor. Was able to work with the manufacturer to get a replacement part for the outdoor compressor.

If i could give 10 stars i absolutely would. After getting quotes from 5 other "reputable" companies in the area, my final quote came from Zee at Valencia Air. Zee is an awesome and amazing honest person and a pleasure to work with. After a long discussion about the specific needs of our project, I felt that Valencia Air was the contractor we would go with. I could not be happier with this choice. They were fast, professional, clean, and i was kept up to date throughout the entire process. If you want a professional job at a fair price and done the right way, you should absolutely choose Valencia Air. My wife and i enjoyed the experience and they followed our protocols to get the job done. We replaced 2 entire systems including duct work and the project was completed in 2 days. Totally impressed with this company.

The Service Technician displayed excellent customer service towards the Customer. Hard working willing to go the extra mile, To complete service. As far as the Customer call center failed to inform the customer of all delays, made several excuses. Management never followed up with the customer over delays. Only called to make sure that the payment was made. Lesson learned.

Alex was our technician and did a fantastic job on diagnosing our system. Our unit was 15 years old and was not blowing cold air within about 30 minutes he was able to quickly repair the unit and we are so thrilled to be part of the fleetwell family thank you

Today I had Brett from Fleetwell come by to give me a quote for a full HVAC replacement. He showed up and was very professional. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions with detail. Even went into the attic to inspect the ducts based on a symptom I gave him and took pics to show me the damage to the ducts.

We recently had a full system A/C, heater, ducting installed in our older Galaxy Tract (Saugus) home. I was astounded they could complete the entire installation ductwork at all in one day. The house is four bedroom and over 2500 ft.² under the roof. A few days later, we turned on the heater for the first time and had the technician Javier Torres come out to make some final adjustments to the heater as the new systems, operate a little differently than the old systems, Javier was magnificent. He explained totally the adjustment that was necessary so that layman could understand.. We are thrilled with Fleetwell As a company, their pricing and efficiency.

I first spoke with Alex who was great and knowledgeable over the phone helping me diagnose my newer A/c (installed by a different company) that was under performing. Javier came and is very sharp and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the potential leak in our system. Javier was very clear in the options I had to fix my specific problem. When it comes time to have work done on our unit again, I will definitely be calling Fleetwood Air Conditioning.
