I have been working with Ray Cox for 7 years now and he has installed 3 HVAC units and serviced a few more. I just got a new unit installed and he spends the time and effort to find the best deal he can get. He's willing to do what it takes - knowing that a long-term happy customer is a loyal one. Ray comes from a place of real connection and care with his customers. You get to know him and he educates while he repairs and installs. I never feel like I don't know what's going on and if it's something I can easily fix, he won't hesitate to take my hand, step by step, and help me fix it over the phone. He's honest about what he can/can't do, and he's always willing to find a solution and get to the bottom of it. He's driven from Valencia to West LA and the Conejo Valley to service my units. I highly, highly recommend Ray Cox Air!!

Please see the disgusting photos attached. This is how Ray Cox "cleaned" (small shop vac) and then sealed air ducts from a furnace for my landlord/property management company. Their employee promised that they would do a great job and make sure all ducts were clean before they sealed them and turned on the air. (Ducts had not been cleaned for at least 10 years before they sealed them up today with all this dirt in them)

To Ray Cox Owner: It was absolutely your company employees who were here. Not sure how anyone in your business could think this is acceptable. Please see email from Clint Lukens Property management company telling me when your two employees would be at my apartment.

"Kind reminder Ray Cox heating and air will need to return to complete AC repairs.Service is scheduled for Monday May 20th between 9-10 am."

WOW!!! When my AC stopped blowing cold on the hottest day of the year, Kenny was able to locate the new part and have it installed right away. Totally fast and great service! Highly recommend!

What else can I say?
Yesterday, the outside fan on my A/C quit spinning on a 100° day. I called after hours and spoke to Ken. He said he could come the next day after a job he was scheduled for. He said he’d bring the parts and he was pretty sure what was wrong. Sure enough, he was just here at 4:30 and by 4:45 he had diagnosed the problem and installed the new part.
In the middle of a heatwave... in summer... in SCV.
To say that I’m impressed is an understatement. Ken is a consummate professional, from his company logo attire to the thorough handwritten receipt. After dealing for years with other local HVAC guys who were grumpy and negative it was a sincere pleasure to meet such a positive and genuinely optimistic businessman. His office staff is top notch and matches his professionalism.
I feel like I’ve won the HVAC lottery. Thanks Ken!

Anyone needing A/C and or Heating help should consider this company as a serious contender. We recently met with many companies to do a job we needed (a complete HVAC overhaul, new units inside and out) and after much research and many conversations with different companies we can say with certainty that we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ken and his company for all your HVAC needs.
