The technician arrived, was succinct and kind. I told him what I thought the issue was. He confirmed it, had the part and fixed it on the spot. I had a concern regarding the age of the oven and said I was thinking of getting a new one. He told me the oven was still in great shape and didn’t think it was necessary. I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or fear monger, had the part (I had entered the serial and model number in when booking). All in all, I felt comfortable in his judgement and expertise. When booking with a new company, I always worry a bit if we’ll get a shady technician (we’ve had a few from other companies) but he clearly wasn’t that. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, great price. The quality of the work was really good. My fridge wasn’t working properly and it took TechPro Appliance Repair only an hour to fix it for a great price. Technician was a professional and took his time explaining the issue and gave his further recommendation to extend the life of the fridge.
