Great Company! Very easy to work with. Viking actually referred me to them after I called and said I’m having some issues with some older Viking appliances I have. From the customer service of their scheduling department to the actual repair itself, it’s exactly how you’d hope an authorized repair service would operate for a brand of this magnitude. I didn’t have much hope for my Viking Microwave and stove since they’re a little bit on the older side (about 15 years old), but after their visit these bad boys are working as good as new! Would definitely recommend this Company to anyone.

We were experiencing major issue with our life maker and after trying different technicians, we finally called AirFlo. This was our best decision because the technician was able to diagnose the issue very promptly, ordered all the necessary parts, and continuously followed up with us until the parts arrived. From our customer services representative Lust to the technician Kirill, we are so grateful to the team for finally fixing the problem. The last two technicians that came to help had no real understanding of the issue. With three kids and many bottles of water to fill especially orally suing the summer, we were so frustrated that our super expensive Sub-Zero was not working adequately. Huge gratitude to Lusy and Kirill for working with us to once and for all resolve the problem, just in time to have plenty of ice as we deal with the heatwave.

First and foremost,
There is absolutely no other company I would use for my Viking appliances when they’re in need of repair. All of the technicians I’ve had were extremely knowledgeable and informative when they serviced my appliances and made it easy for me to understand what needs to be done to fix the problem and the best way to go about it. Even their office staff are very pleasant and personable and seem to go out of their way to help you out and make everything as convenient as possible for you. Not always fun when your Refrigerator stops cooling but fortunately for us these guys are always here to save day.

My Viking stovetop burners didn’t work properly and my door hinge on the oven broke so it only opened part way. The repairman came, analyzed the issue and ordered parts which came one week later. He efficiently repaired the oven and left the area spotless. I appreciate the call from their office to remind me of the hours to be home. Great service!

I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, a service engineer, to repair my Viking refrigerator and my Viking dishwasher. He was extremely professional, polite and efficient. Alex gave several detailed recommendations on how to care for the appliances to avoid future issues. I also found the pricing extremely competitive. They repaired my appliances within 24 hours.

Don't be fooled by other non-registered Viking service providers that appear in Google searches - these guys are the real deal and can be trusted to do a great job at a fair price.

AirFlo replaced the ignitors and door springs in my 25 year old Viking range. It's like brand new. It's refreshing to engage with service providers who respond promptly (in my case I called Friday at 4:55pm and they were at my front door Monday at 10am), show up exactly when promised, clearly know what they are doing (taking the steps required to be authorized by Viking) and charge a fair price for their time, products and expertise. Probably not the cheapest, but they are the only authorized Viking repair co in Los Angeles so worth it! Logan was great and fixed our 25+ year old stove. Hoping it lasts another 25 years!
