AirFlo came out to diagnose and fix an issue with a Viking Double Oven. I had previously called a non Viking Authorized service company (accidentally), and they charged me for basically not fixing anything. AirFlo came out, ordered the correct parts, and sent out a super professional team to remove, fix, and re-install the Ovens. Victor (tech) is great, honest, and has always taken great care of our appliances. For any companies that AirFlo is Factory Authorized (Lynx, Viking that I know of and have personal experience,) they are GREAT.

These guys are a little pricey but top notch. You get certified appliance repair from skilled technicians that know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

Unlike other companies, AirFlo took more than 10 seconds to diagnose my issue, they figured out the underlying problem and implemented a long-term solution. Hopefully I don't need more appliance repair, but if I do, I know exactly who to call.

I first called Viking corp to find out the part number and cost. I then found this company as an authorized Viking repair shop. Other companies I called even those that had Viking in their name were not authorized. It makes a huge difference. You get genuine parts that aren’t modified to fit. You get an experienced technician who tells you how the problem occurred so history won’t repeat itself. They gave a two hour time frame and arrive within the first 15 minutes of the time frame. The cost of the parts was the same as if they were ordered from Viking directly. It was a high end job at a reasonable cost for a high end double oven. Only oven repair needed in 7 years.

We love Airflo - we use them for our condos anytime we have a viking issue - they come so fast and usually are able to fix on the spot. Super professional and nice to work with. Thank you!

We have used AirFlow for the last couple of years to services our Viking stove. Services is top class, friendly and always great communication.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Had some good tips and recommendations. Repair seems to have worked so far.

Our Viking oven turned on -- on it's own and became super hot. It took some time for me to get it to turn off. Even though the knob was off. I turned off the gas. I did some research and discovered this model was under a recall. After calling Viking, I was informed my unit was manufactured 1 day outside of the recall window. Fortunately, Viking approved the repair under the recall. Viking sent out AirFlo for the initial inspection and ultimately to do the repair. Alex was the 1st tech for the inspection and I forgot the 2nd tech's name. Both of them were professional. They kept the area covered and clean. They worked carefully to replace the thermostat and put everything back and tested the oven. We are completely satisifed.

Great customer service and fair prices. David did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process. I would recommend Airflow Company Inc. to anyone looking for quality work and honest communication. they saved me over $6k on a new appliance. Thanks for all the hard work!

Same day service was excellent but costly.
The tech had great experience and a good process for same day service on refrigerator .. its working well now.

Alex repair my refrigerator yesterday Augs 21, 2025. I was scheduled the same day I called. The customer service person was fantastic. Alex arrived and was extremely polite and professional. He told me everything he was going to do and made sure I was informed along the way. Part installed same day and price was fair. Area left clean and he made sure everything worked before leaving. Plus I have a year warranty on service/part. Most importantly I had AHS for years called and the repair person did nothing. I finally had to drop the lack of service. Better to get the right professional than the hassle of multiple calls.

A software problem haunted our new Viking Built-in Refrigerator. Thanks to AirFlow, it now works perfectly. Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Great job!

We have a Viking dual fuel range, side by side frig/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, Airflo has serviced them since they were installed by the company we bought them from. Airflo has done GREAT! Unfortunately the company we bought them from did not do a great installation job. Airflo stepped in and adjusted everything and did an outstanding job. Everything is working perfectly! When we have needed them they have been on time and always leave everything clean.

Excellent service all around. Appointments were on time, and they updated me as time went along. Service technician was knowledgeable and professional while explaining things as needed. My stove/oven had multiple issues (11 years old) and he diagnosed everything accurately. Would highly recommend and will utilize them again if needed.

Wonderful job! We had an oven that, whenever we used it, the whole kitchen smelled like gas. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all for free as it was still under warranty. Victor came on time, was polite, kind, and professional, and fixed everything so quickly and now it works great.

This company understands Viking products. I’ve had them service our Viking range twice now, and both times they sent a person who was familiar with Viking appliances and diagnosed the issue easily. Other companies I’ve consulted in the past seemed to bt just brainstorming and trying things out hoping to hit on a solution through sheer luck.

I needed my Viking dishwasher serviced under warranty. So Airflo sent a tech named Vitaly who was fantastic, nothing but complete professionalism. He came and assed the situation realized the issue and took care of it in thirty minutes. I definitely recommend Airflo.
