Nick was great. He not only took care of the problem but replaced a part that may cause a problem in the future for free. He diagnosed the entire dryer and took care of things that may cause problems in the future. I highly recommend him.

This is the second time I've used this company. Primarily Maxim as he's always on time very fair explains very clearly. What's going on and very fast. He's by far the best appliance repair person I've ever worked with. I highly recommend him.

Nick is super reliable and knowledgeable about a variety of different appliances. He always tries his best to explain to you what the issue is and how he will fix it. I asked him to take a look at my parents’ washing machine late at night and he responded immediately and set up a time to check it out the next morning.
