The first visit was a bust as they were out of stock, the second time they showed up without notifying us, and it wasn't until the third try that they finally managed to "fix" it. They pulled out the entire appliance, disconnected the hose, and installed the new insert, but conveniently left the door hinges unaligned, which they also failed to fix. We spent an extra two hours of our own time fixing what should have been a straightforward repair.
