Before the installation, they were responsive to all my queries. Their arrival time was reliable, and they worked diligently in my sweltering attic, even returning on a Saturday to finish the job. Additionally, they pointed out that I could get a free Nest thermostat from DWP and installed it without any extra charge. The installer also waited at my house for the DWP inspector.
