We're not impressed with their work so far. They sent one of their guys over to replace our vents, but now we're stuck without air conditioning for the entire weekend in the middle of summer. The job was done on Friday, and we're still waiting until Monday for it to be fixed - no one's been following up with us either. If they can't get it right, they should fix the problem themselves and have someone available to do a decent job. We'll definitely be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
