This company is woefully inadequate for both new installations and repairs. In 2016, they installed an entire system from scratch, only to have the compressor fail shortly after. When I reached out about warranty coverage, I was told they'd "fight" on my behalf but would charge me $130 just to come and assess the situation. Subsequent calls revealed the product actually had a valid warranty, and I was quoted $1,100 for labor if it worked through – a price that seemed suspiciously high. They eventually managed to persuade the manufacturer to cover the cost, but not before I'd already paid them over the phone. The work was completed, only for the final bill to come in at twice the initial estimate – an egregious example of taking advantage of a vulnerable customer.

His willingness to offer guidance and opinions was particularly impressive, especially considering the unrelated issue he was addressing. Overall, I'm incredibly grateful for his helpfulness.

Extremely poor service from staff. The driver was persistently beeping their horn, refusing to let the ambulance pass despite us having a green light and not moving. Meanwhile, another driver ahead of us at the red light had started honking at us. I'm guessing the actual work done by this company is fine, but the road behavior from employees has been so bad that I wouldn't use them again for any future AC or heating repairs.

They're not a trustworthy company. When I asked one of their guys to take photos of my AC/Heater unit, he showed me pictures from his website - none of which matched what I was looking at.
