Superior service! Vince and the team designed a great system and made sure it worked right.
We opted for a large array (44 panels) with battery back-up. We also had Infinity do a 200 to 400 amp upgrade to our old home's electrical system, befor solar installation.
The work was accomplished in 2020, when battery back-up was relatively uncommon. Vince and Michael were up front with us that there might be some technical challenges to bring our creation online. There were a few issues (with the supplier, not Infinity).
The true test of an organization is when problems have to be resolved. The Infinity crew came through with flying colors again and again, and in the end got our system working fantastically.
Kudos to everyone involved -- we would not hesitate to use Infinity again. In fact, we have contracted with them several more times to make further upgrades to our home and attached rental apartment.

I hired Infinity Electric to do the solar work at our property in Ventura. Every step of the process was fantastic. Vince came out to the house and met with me once or twice ahead of time. He put together a wonderful presentation and explained everything clearly to me about the process. I met with him the morning of the work date and they were on time and prepared for the project. The job went fantastic. The panels look great, the Electrical was super clean, and the overall attitude of the workers was fantastic. I believe he designed a perfect system as my electrical bill cost has been slim to none since the work was done. I couldn’t be more impressed with Infinity Electric and the Solar project that they took on. Thanks Vince, and thank you Infinity Electric for a job well done

Local Rockwell and Allen Bradley distributor. They stock quality brand name parts. If you’re looking for plastic boxes with nails or romex, try the Home Depot.

Brent and James are very professional and do quality work. I only call them for my electrical jobs.

Hired PowerSmart for electrical repair and a lighting install in our home. They would prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and overall excellent. Would hire again any time and would highly recommend!

Poor customer service. I had a delivery guy who refuse to take my old tv out, replace with new TV I purchased warranty from Best-Buy. The guy was rude from the start, you can tell he doesn't like his job. He refuse to help take off tv from wall, even just to help me lift it off the mount myself. I told Best-Buy Do Not Ever send this company to my house. I want the Geek Squad only, no 3rd party. I had to give 1 star to post.

I paid for a generator to be installed 8 months ago in full. It still hasn't been installed. I've had very little communication from Ben Buffery the owner including a 4 months period where he didn't answer the phone or return any messages. Stay away from this company.

Ben is not trustworthy. He is not a man of his word, he does not show up, nor does he respond to calls or emails. Working with him is an exercise in frustration. We had to seek another option at significant expense to get our generator to function properly which he promised reimbursement. As soon as we sent him the bill, he went MIA - it has been many weeks with zero response.
