Best In The West Plumbing, did a great job on helping me out with identifying the location and size of Sewer Laterals which I needed a report to send to the city for new construction on ADUs. Technician was very informative on new forms to change old pipe to new pipe, highly recommend.

Ryan Tolen was the best. Going above and beyond to get a complicated and unpleasant job done! Highly recommended!

Quick response to the initial emergency call late evening on a Thursday, and got the leak repaired. Came back a did a very professional job to install a permanent fix in a difficult-to-reach spot. Very happy with the work.

Damien a d his whole team are too notch professionals, quality workmanship, excellent communication, incredibly responsive a d competitive pricing. Service was a commercial job with pluming issues stemming from cooked roof drains and misplaced downspouts. The crew investigated, found the issue and repaired it - after several other subs could not!

I called best in the west plumbing for a consistent issue with toilet clogging, they scheduled me right away with a tech. The tech “ Victor” showed up on time and conducted the service in an excellent and professional way. He walked me thru all the possibilities and troubleshooting steps. He was able to tackle the issue from the first step and fix it. The pricing was quite reasonable and less than other plumbers who gave me a pricing over the phone without showing up!!!. Thanks best in the west plumbing and definitely would be my go to company for any future plumbing issue.

The work was done quickly and well. However, I am still waiting for my receipt to be e- mailed to me.

Roto-rooter responded immediately to my gas leak emergency call. Osvaldo and Marco were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They send pictures of the problem and an estimate within 30 min. Please consider calling them first if you have any gas leaks in your house.

I was informed about the $79 night charge if they would come, so I said that’s fine as long as they can fix the problem. The technician arrive and look at the issue and he told me that the issue was the valve being corroded and needs to be fixed. I ask him how much it will cost and he said more than $500. I said ok go ahead and do it. He then told me that he does not have the part and have to come back in the morning. I told him that I called roto rooter because I needed this done asap. I also informed him that I have called my regular plumber before I called roto rooter because my plumber can’t come until the next morning. I then said if that’s the case, cancel the appointment and I will just call my regular plumber. i was still charged the $79 night fee even though they did not get anything done. The next morning my regular plumber came and he said there was no issue on the valve. He just tighten the nut and did not even charge us anything. So now, I’m going to try to call roto rooter back to get that $79 fee that they charge me because I think that is not fair. I would have gladly pay the $79 fee if they have done the job right there and then.

I was assisted by technician Jacob, who was professional, helpful, and informative. I ultimately went with a local plumber, though, with whom I had previous good experience, but who stays in high demand. Since receiving your email requests for evaluation, I am responding, even though it was a limited contact. Jacob arrived promptly. And, I liked that Roto Rooter did not request an upfront arrival charge to make an assessment. My initial call was handled directly by a polite representative / dispatcher, Lydia.

The team came the very next day. They were efficient, skillful and helpful in explaining the issues.

Super quick response! Marco the plumber was here within 45 minutes and fixed the problem promptly. I appreciate that he put on protective booties on over his shoes before walking on the carpet.

I was able to schedule online, and got a call to confirm my booking the next day during business hours. I got a text and email to confirm, to remind me on the day off.

I also got a call to let me know my plumber was 20 min out. The only glitch was the text about my plumber being 30 min out got to me almost 40 min after he showed up.

We had two slow sink drains on 2 floors, and after an inspection we agreed on price and both sinks were cleared with no issues. Our plumber was curious and cleaned up so their was no trace he had been here.
