Plumber was prompt friendly and did a great job but the price was ridiculous but when the water won’t turn off you gotta do what you gotta do.

Roto-Rooter responded to an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday evening. I had tried a couple other plumbers who had advertised as 7X24 on call. No response. Roto-Rooter responded and dispatched Joel within an hour. Joel handled the situation skillfully and methodically. He then came back first thing on Monday morning to complete the job and make recommendations.

They were all very polite and very informative. They worked well, and they, we're willing to work with my schedule. They showed up when they said they were going to and they called when they said they were going to. They were eager and ready to work and it was the first company that answered my call right away and didn't say I think we can find someone to do the job? They followed up with everything they said they were going to do and they were upfront about how much everything was going to cost.

Victor was very thorough and honest with his recommendations. The work was done quickly, he kept things clean, and he communicated updates to us in a timely manner. Excellent job!

Called and received same day service! They arrived at my home less than 2 hours after calling in the issues (and we live in the country). Alejandro did a great job and very well informative before I make a decision on whether to resume the job or keep shopping around for an estimate. Pricing was a little high than I thought it would be, but considering the job that needed to take place, it makes sense. Thank you for saving the kitchen drain!

I called for a drain snaking. The guy came and couldn't clear it. Said that we would need a hydrojet. The problem is that he told us that it would be "a bit more" than the snaking. So I'm thinking $500-$750 compared to $350 for the snake. We're on a time pressure, so I didn't shop, being comfortable with a bit more money. They come while our contractor is here on a schedule, so can't do anything about it at this point. The bill turned out to be $2500. Not "a bit more money." I asked to speak with their manager about the pricing; they agreed, said I would get a call that day. Never got a call. Just got the invoice for $2500 in the mail a few weeks later. They said that they would send videos showing their work. They sent a video of the guy putting water in the drain, no images of the pipes or them removing the clog.
In fairness, the drain drains well. Just the fact that they misled me about the price and then never responded to my customer service request.

Our main water line broke during a Holiday weekend and we were glad this company was able to take care of the our problem . Root-Rooter Santa Barbra has a great team. They identified and quickly got to the root of our plumbing problems. I was well informed along the way, I live out of state and was updated with photos and videos along with many calls that kept me confident in the job they did. Communication was exceptional and the work was done well and quickly. Price was very fair. Overall impressed with them, very trustworthy.

Felipe came out very fast at 11pm. He explained everything he was going to do and told me price beforehand so I knew what was happening. I had a clogged main sewer line. Felipe had to come back the following morning to hydro jet the line due to the clog being further down line. He showed up on time and did a great job. He made sure clog was cleared out before he left. Felipe was very professional.
