I'm a small local landlord and I exclusively use this plumbing company for everything plumbing related. They respond quickly, take the time to explain situations to me and my tenants. Their work is quality and their people care. So overall fabulous and I will continue to do business with them.

Joey was AWESOME and so pleasant and professional even though we had a disgusting job that needed to be done. He let me watch and answered all my many questions. It was a challenging situation and he kept his composure the entire time. Plus they came the next day when called after hours the night before.

Kimble Plumbing is excellent! I have used them numerous times, several in emergency situations. They have always come through for me quickly and with top notch service. I highly recommend them!

As usual my plumbing problem occurred on a weekend. I wasn’t there but had friends there faced with unpleasant “backups”. Kimble plumbing returned my call immediately. Did a simple snake and fixed the problem. The charge was reasonable and according to my friends and neighbors they were professional, efficient and courteous. Our home is almost 100 years old, so I’ve had different plumbing issues. I’ve used kimble plumbing for decades. They’re honest and reliable.

Kimble Plumbing have always been very responsive and helpful for my needs. I have used their services 4 times in less than a year. There employees haven a pleasure to work with. I’m sure I will need to use them again- the benefits of home ownership! But at least I feel safe!

I have used Kimble plumbing many times over a number of years and have always been very pleased with their work and the reasonableness of their charges. Today’s work was no exception. It was just a simple drain clean out, but technician Benjamin arrived promptly, was very courteous, efficient and informative, especially answering all of my questions.

Rene was wonderful. He installed my Moen water monitoring / shutoff device that is now required by my insurance company. He was courteous, familiar with the product and how to install; my copper pipe look beautiful even though it is at the front of the house at the water main line. I have used them for more complicated problems and found them to be really good plumbers.

Had a wonderful experience this week, with Mike Kimble Plumbing!! It was our first time using this company. From the first phone call with BJ, to the quick shower resolution with Hector, it was our best plumbing choice to date. BJ handled our scheduling, with friendly and helpful customer service and a very patient attitude. BJ kept us informed on the day of service as well. Hector was on time, and we experienced a quick solution, due to his expert plumbing knowledge!! Five stars to the whole team, at Mike Kimble Plumbing. You have our future business!

We have had Kimble Plumbing do a number of different jobs for use, everything from problem toilets to broken sprinklers, to addressing leaks and stopped up pipes. The work has always been excellent. All the plumbers have been courteous and very professional.

Water heater failed. Contacted Mike Kimble Plumbing and they scheduled their plumber for the next day. Brian showed up as scheduled accessed the problem immediately. He gave me a rough estimate for a new unit and installation. Final cost was under his initial estimate. I'm very happy choosing Mike Kimble Plumbing.

I really didn't want to have to write this, but my experience with a technician named Justin from Mike Kimble was disturbing enough that I feel people should be aware of this before using them for their services. What should've been a simple job turned into a situation that left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. I would give 0 stars if I could based off this experience alone.

From the start, Justin had an attitude and was rude, short, and just overall unpleasant. He used vulgar language that felt totally unprofessional, and at one point, he touched me in a way that didn't feel appropriate. It caught me off guard and made the rest of the time feel even more tense and unsettling. I definitely wasn't expecting this type of interaction from a place with such good reviews and was very shocked this happened.

It's incredibly disappointing and honestly a little scary when someone representing a reputable company acts like that. I was left feeling shaken and upset long after the visit was over.

I hope their management takes complaints like this seriously, because that kind of behavior has no place in any professional setting. I won't be calling them again, and I'd strongly recommend others be cautious before hiring them!

I'm a fan. I've used them 3 times and they did a great job each time. Two drain clogs and they also installed a new water heater. They were on-time and good communication with texting and calls. Reasonable pricing. The lady in the office, I think I spoke to Carrie, was very helpful.

Hector corrected some prior outdoor sprinkler valve work which was done incorrectly and resulted in a water line leak. When finished he also checked our water pressure and discovered that the pressure regulator was not working and replaced it. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Joey did a fantastic job. After he listened to our issue, he got right to work. Knew exactly what to do. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. We Will be calling them back with our future issues. Thank you so much.

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Technicians are always on point! We depend on Kimble Plumbing for a large variety of plumbing services.

I've been using Kimble for at least 20 years. Mike just struck me as an old-school straight-shooting decent guy who also knew what he was doing. When Mike retired, I figured Jason would be a chip off the old block, and that has proven to be true. Seems like there's more turnover in technicians and receptionist/schedulers than there used to be, so for a while they didn't necessarily recognize me by name all the time anymore. I guess maybe I'm not their only client! But they take care of the work really well. Always my first option.

Can’t say enough about the guys from Kimble Plumbing. Professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled and not “mansplainers”! We were treated with respect and they answered all our questions. No mess when they finished. Chuy is amazing, but they are all smart and a joy to work with.

When I started to call around and Mike Kimble plumbing was the first call I made I booked the appointment because of the great customer service Carrie provided for me and answering all my questions and concerns I knew I didn’t need to call around. They were fast efficient and I will use them again for regular plumbing needs and every year for my Backflow testing.
