They arrived and were ready to start within 2 hours of the call. Since my problem was a gas leak it was very important they didn't leave us without heat. They did great getting the job done!

We had a water leak in the kitchen that needed immediate attention. I called Rooter Solutions plumbing based on other customer reviews. They were at my home in less than an hours. Carlos the plumber assessed the damage and already had all the parts he needed to repair the leak in his work van. Carlos’s work was of very good quality and left everything cleaned up when he was done. Thanks to Carlos at Rooter Solutions for getting our water back on so quickly!

The plumber of Rooter Solutions arrived on time, gave his opinion of what the problem was (clogged shower drain), and fixed it. The price was reasonable. He recommended the free camera inspection, but we declined. Another technician came, ready to inspect with the camera, but we declined. The service for which we called Rooter Solutions was satisfactorily resolved.

Miguel from Rooter Solutions was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to fix our water pressure, and even came back to help replace a toilet fill bob as part of the same job (even though it technically wasn’t). Not only was he very helpful, but reliable to come when he said he was. This was my first experience with them, but I will be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Excellent experience with Ricardo Hernandez and Sean Salinas. Our toilets backed up on a holiday weekend, and they came to our rescue. Turned out the old pipes were broken and needed major work. Sean, Ricardo and their team always showed up on time, worked around our schedule…. and best of all, never left us without a working toilet overnight. Also, they were in contact with us daily to ensure quality work was being done. In the end, they finished at the exact time they quoted us and did not leave a mess. Will work with again!

Martin was FANTASTIC! He was not satisfied that our drain was properly cleared, so returned the following day with a more powerful rooter hose. He explained what he was doing as he worked, and recommended preventative steps we could take to prevent a clog from happening again. Very polite and conscientious!

I was truly impressed with the technician's professional and friendly manner. Martin was on-time and explained what he was doing as he progressed with the work. He offered a very fair price estimate. I had recently painted the bathroom walls and baseboards and he took extra care not to mar the paint. Martin's finished job was fast, clean and excellent!
Also, the office contact kept us well informed and was also very courteous.

Without a doubt I would, and have, recommended Rooter Solutions to anyone with a need for their services. I even asked them to give me a pile of their calling cards to give out. And I speak as a California Certified Water Distribution Operator, as I help to run a small mutual water company. They responded within an hour of my call, sent a supervisor and knowledgeable tech, and promptly got to work. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a much larger problem than I first envisioned. But they had the equipment, various parts, and most importantly, the clear knowledge of what had to be done. The camera turned out to be very valuable in diagnosing the challenges they met. I was also very impressed with the special software they used to document the whole procedure, complete with pictures. I always note a history of any such experiences and demand to be kept "in the loop." I think one of the best parts was the pride they took in their work, and the great attitudes all of the workers had with me and also their coworkers, treating all with respect and some of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen; a marked difference than I had experienced with a previous plumbing company.
