Loyal customer going on 16 yrs. Dependable, on time, friendly. Got behind on preventative maint. Took care of a kitchen sink clog today as well as scaled a total of 5 drains (preventative maintenance) we usually have done every two years. Thank you Joey!

The staff were responsive and got us scheduled ASAP. Renee was great to work with and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Their pricing was much better than our other quotes: 40% less than one and 300% less than another! Make sure to shop around, but I’m sticking with Mike Kimble Plumbing for all my plumbing needs now!

We called 5 companies for emergency service on a Sunday to replace our water heater. Edgar called us very quickly, explained what he could do, and he came out on time. Very efficient, professional, friendly technician. We are very pleased with the service, the parts, and equipment installation. Highly recommend Mike Kimble plumbing company and Edgar!!! 😎👍

Disappointing service. I called them because our drain pipe was clogging. I have a snake and snaked the line twice in one week and the clog persisted. I told them this info in great detail, and asked if they could come out to clean the drain professionally. Expecting that as professionals they would have the equipment and expertise needed to clear our pipes out and solve the problem. I was out of town for work when they showed up. They just snaked the drain again, charged my wife $200 and called it a day. Sure enough within 24 hours the clog was back. Fortunately I was now home, so I went in the crawl space and took the drain pipe apart at the junction that I (and the plumber from Mike Kimble) knew pretty clearly was the issue. Sure enough I found the debris causing the clog, removed it, and put it back together. Around 30 minutes of work. I called back to request a refund from Mike Kimble based on the fact that I had hired them to clean the drain and they objectively did not clean the drain. They refused and would not even offer a partial refund. Even though I had VERY CLEARLY stated that snaking had not worked on the issue and that the drain pipe needed to be cleaned.

It is important that we can have trust in the people we hire to work on our homes. If Mike Kimble had been willing to apologize for the bad experience and offer some amount of refund I would have known they were honest and they would have been my first call next time. Unfortunately that is not how they handled the situation. Instead they were defensive and rude.

If I was not a somewhat-knowledgable homeowner comfortable taking my plumbing apart myself they would have come back at least one more time, and it would have ended up costing $400+ for what should have been a 30 minute job yanking a wad of debris out of a PVC pipe.

Pablo from rooter solutions came to my home, he was very polite. He unclogged my bathtub and did a free whole house plumbing inspection. I am very satisfied, i definitely would call him again for any plumbing issues.

Rooter solutions was wonderful at accommodating my mother and her house. The house is due multiple repairs and my mother had privacy concerns so Miguel did great going through me to organize the visits and help my mother improve her home. Do not use this company!
I called them because of low water pressure, which I suspected was due to my aging water softener. The plumber came out and was able to bypass the softener which restored my water pressure. However, he also said I needed an entire re-piping of my mobile home. He based this on the fact that one small length of pipe with a garden hose fitting was corroded. The plumber called his boss who came out, and without inspecting the remainder of the pipes under the house, or anywhere else, deduced that a total re-pipe was needed for the discount price of $12,500! Or if I wanted to go the “cheap” way, because I had said, I only wanted to do the most basic repair needed, they could cut it down to $8000 and not replace some of the piping up into the mobile home itself.
Because I had water pressure restored, I told them I needed to wait a day and think about it. I called Ben’s plumbing, they came out, went under the house, took pictures of everything which they showed me. The only corroded pipe was the one hose connection that Rooter Solutions found, which was a different type of pipe than anywhere else in the system, it was galvanized not copper . NO repairs needed!
I hope you do not fall for this company’s hard sell tactics and lies!

I don't even know where to start. Definitely get other opinions before you sign anything with this company. They're only out to make money off of you. They like to give people the same song and dance to try to get them to spend as much money as they possibly can. I talked to another plumber who's been around this area for many years and he says that this company is known for ripping people off and telling customers they need the same thing done in the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. The other plumber I spoke with even made exact quotes of what the manager Sean at this company said to me. It was pretty eerie and very spot-on. Taking advantage of women and elderly people is not right and hopefully one day they will learn their lesson. CALL AROUND FIRST! Even if you think it's an emergency and needs to be done right now, think twice before choosing. Two or three nights in a hotel room to get different opinions is going to end up being a lot cheaper than giving this company tens of thousands of dollars. 👎👎

I called Rooter Solutions Plumbers because I was having a water heater problem. Pablo, the technician, arrived at the time that was promised. Not only was he polite, professional and clean but he also upgraded us to a tankless water heater. I highly recommend him and will recommend my family and friends to him and the company.

We had a problem with our bath tub drain and we called Rooter Soultions, Andy came out after hours and got the problem fixed. He was very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done right. We will definitely use rooter solutions again.

Carlos and his team were very nice and respectful as they did their job. We had a really big repair job, and they worked diligently to get it done in a good time. We are very pleased with their work and hope to use them again in the future!

Martin came by super friendly and listened to my issues. As he worked he noticed some problems. Due to age of my pipes and septic he made some suggestions. I informed him I rented so I guess I needed to call them. He still took the time to write me an estimate for them and explain the issues he found despite the fact my rental company has a company they use. Then SUPERVISOR came to make sure all was taken care of. Great service and I WASNT CHARGE. SO I GAVE HIM A NICE TIP. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE.

Jose with Rooter Solutions came in very professional and did a great job! Fixing our backed up shower drain by removing the toliet and left the area very clean. I will recommend this company family and friends!

I recently hired Rooter Solutions to do a major plumbing job. Sean Salinas, Juan Diaz Jr. and their crew did a phenomenal job. I especially appreciated their step by step explanation of the on going process. A great group of guys that showed up on time, worked very hard and cleaned up their messes. I will hire them again in the future.

What started out as a simple procedure ended up with new piping . but it was good they found the problem. Once they started the job Andy and his crew were great to work with. The things that any consumer wants from a plumber service are quality work, a reasonable price and availability to provide services when needed. Rooter solutions provides all 3 while providing excellent customer service. Had a drain clog up at 6:30 pm on a Friday night. My standby plumber (who I've used for years and spent thousands of dollars on) was 'unavailable' until Monday morning. Rooter Solutions made a tech available the next morning at 0900 at a substantial discount to what I was used to. They arrived on time, provided a estimate, provided alternatives and completed the job in 20 minutes. I highly recommend them above the large local companies with massive marketing budgets. This was a great service and I will use them again for my plumbing needs.. Highly recommended!
