Independent Plumbing came out and fixed our kitchen faucet. The man Eric, who did the job was polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself. It was great. I will definitely use them again.

Had a clogged sink. They got back to me right away, scheduled something definite, and bumped up the eta when an opening came up. Eric and Kalani came out as soon as was possible. I gave them the overview on what's going on and any lights or power access they needed. They didn't waste any time, asked if they needed anything, cleared the clog, explained a few things to me, and took off with an hour. Flawless job, friendly folks, fair price. I inquired about a few other jobs after their great service.

We had a broken waterline coming into the house. They had it fixed within 24 hours after I called. The cost was very reasonable. Very reasonable!

As usual they were "johnny on the spot"- called with a dilemma and they were here within a couple of hours and got the job done!

Just received this questionnaire (end of October), but the service was in July. Hmmmm. Anyway, the service was excellent. Am very happy with the informative technician (plumber). The owners of the Water Store and Independent Plumbing both got involved and our Reverse Osmosis problem got fixed perfectly! We also had a new garbage disposal installed and it was quick & easy. While Eric was at it, he took care of our toilets (stop them from running). I will definitely go back to IPDC for our plumbing needs.

Sean arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He was respectful and courteous and I can get the faucet replaced. Since he was on his way to an emergency flooding problem, he did not charge me. I was grateful for quick response and it is not urgent.
