Not professional at all. I had a schedule with them. They told me yes we are on schedule and then didn't even open my email. When I called to check why they haven't arrived yet, they kept on hanging the phone in my face and switching me between phone receptionists.

Thank you guys. My husband call them on a Saturday evening because we have a large leak on the basement they toll him what to do for the day. The next they were in my house at 9 am to fix the problem, they did a pretty good job they finish the job at noon, and they charge us a fair price. Thank you once again guys.

They installed a new hot water line at my apartment but were so focused on finishing fast they forgot to hook up power to the dishwasher. Be sure to double-check that they restore everything as it should before they go.

Got a quote of $110/hr for installing a water heater. The tech called me back later at my install time telling me it's now $165/hr plus he charges for drive time. Rip off. Would not recommend.

We were told we would have a tech out. The day the quote was suppose to happen I called to confirm, I got a hold of the Owner... and he stated, allegedly NOW they do not do those type of quotes. So here we are 4 days wasted, trusted Google for their high reviews and we sit here with no plumber. So taking a closer look all of the reviews for Franklin & Vizzo were done around at the same time. In my personal option, I sincerely question the honestly of this company. We will be going with Affordable Plumbing Pros out of Ventura, they came on-time and provided us with a quote in writing day off. I will post photos and a review when the work is complete.

These folks are the best. I will go nowhere else for plumbing and gas work.
Installed a new water heater and later installed a gas line. Both on time and for what they said it would cost.
I purchased a gas fire pit online that came with some funky piping. I called and went over and Jim spent time with me to construct proper fittings.
