Franklin and Vizzo Plumbing have handled issues large and small for us for many years. Always professional, considerate, timely, and fair, which is why the previous sentence exists. This week our hot water decided to check out and that is when Franklin and Vizzo checked in and took care of the situation, first making every effort to revive the ailing on-demand heater that had served us so well, working with the manufacturer to trouble shoot the problem. When it became apparent that was not possible, Matt discussed our options and took care of ordering the replacement and assuring me that it would be installed as soon as it came in. There was a problem with the unit being on the invoice of items ordered from the supplier, but not found on the truck that delivered those items. Matt put his all into locating the unit and within a few hours after informing me of the delay, called and said he had success and was on his way over. He and his co-worker Jesse got to work immediately and within a few hours hot water was once again flowing through the pipes. They were professional, considerate, methodical, and so kind and thoughtful, explaining the process, making sure that I understood the difference between the new model and the old, and going over the materials provided by the manufacturer. Their work was excellent and they left no trace of their presence, other than the invoice which was clear, concise, and less than anticipated. I have used Franklin and Vizzo in the past. I had an appointment today set for 8 to 12. No confirmation call. I called at 11:45 to ask if someone was still coming and was told “a plumber is in your area and will be calling soon”, No one ever called or showed up. Thank goodness not like in the old days when I would have to take time off from being at the office to be stood up. Nonetheless, I have called another plumber. Terrible service! How nice for them that they don’t have to treat their customers well.

I have worked with Franklin and Vizzo for years. They always deliver on their services. Their plumbers really know their stuff and they always provide a fair price for their services. They have to provided services to me in my home and at my workplace. Franklin and Vizzo is always my first call when I need a plumber!!

My family has been using Vizzo for at least twenty years. They're one of the few plumbers who actually respond quickly in an emergency. Everyone is very nice.
I am only knocking one star because of how expensive everything has gotten and I had a frustrating time recently trying to get refunded for a second service call that should never have become an extra charge. I did finally get the refund after over a week back and forth.

What I thought would cost me thousands of dollars was taken care of in minutes and for a fraction of the cost due to the expertise and honesty of this outfit. I had other companies come out and look and they failed to see the simple solution that Frank & Vizzo's associate figured out in no time. Prompt, professional, honest, simply a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Frank and Vizzo's to anyone.

We noticed a bathroom sink leak this morning around 10:30, immediately called Franklin & Vizzo to see how soon a plumber could come out. Vicente the plumber was at our door my 11:30 and he had fixed the leak and finished the job by 12:30. The cost was $140 for parts and labor which we found was reasonable for how quick the response time of service.
We have used this company a few times in the past and have never had any issues or problems at all. We definitely recommend them for any plumbing services you would need.

I came across Absolute Plumbing and Rooting through yelp reviews. 5 star company with more than 100 yelp reviews, I figured it was a reliable company. Well they did not disappoint and I was very impressed by the owner’s kindness. I was having low water pressure inside my home. I couldn’t have two different sources of water running because I would hardly get any water. As soon as I told him the issue I was experiencing, he told me the issue was coming from my water system. He went above and beyond and he gave detailed instructions on how to solve the issue at NO COST! Within a minute, the issue was resolved. It’s very nice to see that there are professionals out there that don’t like to take advantage of the situation.

Absolute Plumbing and Rooting is owned and operated by Johnny Gonzalez. He is a remarkable man who does a remarkable job. When I've had problems, he shows up, evaluates the problem quickly, and fixes it. Simply stated, he knows his stuff. When you interact with him, be prepared for someone who is honest, straightforward, professional, and courteous.

When I moved into my new home in Oxnard in mid-2023, Johnny redid my sink in a specular way. He told me who to see to get the sink I wanted, what type of faucet he thought was best, and what was necessary to install the sink.

This wasn't an ordinary installation. The sink had to fit into a space in my kitchen island, and Johnny had to literally carve out the space to make it work. He did a masterful job. I recall walking into the kitchen while he was in the midst of doing the job; Johnny was standing in the space where the sink belonged, and he was grinding away to make room! From a new homeowners perspective, it was hilarious. However, that said, when he was finished his work product was incredible--it looked as if the sink had been there all along. I might even go so far as to say that it was pure art!

Johnny takes care of the little things too, and he shows up and he doesn't mess around. As for his crew of fellow-plumbers, from what I can tell they either get the job done to his standards or they don't stick around.

Absolute Plumbing is the Best!! I was turned on to them by my insurance agent. Johnny came out to fix a Slab Leak. His Team used special tools to find the leak, then stopped it. Next they ran new lines to repair the problem.. I never had great water pressure till they fixed the leak "WOW"!!! I couldn't stop there, I had Johnny out again to hook up a water softening system. Johnny cares about his customers and it shows. They are the only Plumber to call. Hands Down!!

Johnny and his men are the most professional and skilled plumbers around. They understand the urgency of plumbing issues and always respond ASAP. We experienced what we thought might be a slab leak, Johnny was here that morning and conducted a leak detection to locate the leak and then repaired all in the matter of 4 hours. I’ve had them back for the installation of an under sink RO system and minor toilet issue, couldn’t be happier.

Contacted Johnathan for an estimate to install an automatic water and gas shutoff valve. He came by the same day and explained what it would take and cost of the job. His estimate was the best that I received. His work product was outstanding! I highly recommend him and his company.

Mario and Ivan did an excellent job in my kitchen. They installed a new faucet, garbage disposal, plus several items along with new plumbing pipes. They both work hard, are very professional, and they have great attitudes. I recommend them 100%.

Absolute plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service I have ever hired. We just bought a house last summer that needs work and some of that of course was plumbing. I looked on line and read all of the great reviews about Absolute and decided to call. We have had them do work on 4 different issues 1. Hydro Jet the main line, 2. Run water to the hose bib in the back yard, 3. Fix the hose bib in the front yard, and just recently 4. clear and Hydro Jet the secondary line. These guys are fast, Competitively priced, and most importantly... Honest.
