I seldom write a review but Absolute Pluming is worth the time. They took my call and arrived at the time he said he would. I had a water leak under the slab. Johnny was great! I had multiple issues with one of my bathrooms and he was highly recommended by my neighbors. He answered my call immediately and I was able to schedule him for the next day. Once here he was able to explain the issues he found with my plumbing and gave me a quick quote. We agreed and he was able to fix everything within an hour. He didn’t try to upsell me or try to add anything extra. He kept to the plan and now I don’t have to worry about my bathroom anymore. I will be calling him for any future repairs.

We had a gas leak and we called SoCal and they turned off our gas and told us to call a plumber, so I called Jonathon from Absolute Plumbing. Absolute plumbing is the best! My
Water heater was leaking and flooded my garage. I called Jonathan and he sent out his professional team a couple hours later. My new water heater was up and running the same afternoon. Absolute Plumbing gets five stars and I will not use anyone else for my plumbing and rooting. I highly recommend Absolute plumbing, his team was fast, professional and most importantly did an amazing job.

I have used Absolute Plumbing several times and they are the plumbers I will stick with! Jonathan has responded to our issues quickly and resolved them. We had to get our house re-piped a couple of years ago and he explained what was happening and offered a fair price. We recently had a leak and he resolved it before it became a bigger issue. I’ve been in a situation twice now where I have had an emergency where I need a plumber immediately and Jonathan has always shown up within the hour no matter what the circumstance. My water meter app (the new water meters in Oxnard have an app associated with them) alerted me to a leak in my house. I checked all the valves in the house, inside and out - no leak. But my wife and I heard the sound of a leak that stopped when I shut the water off to the house.

I called Johnathan of Absolute Plumbing (he replaced a water heater for us and lives in the neighborhood), and he said it was most likely a slab leak. Sure enough, that was the problem.

Even though it was Sunday, he came by, located the leak, and made a fix to stop the leak, and allowed us to use the water in the house.

He gave a quote for a partial or total re-pipe, and also quoted reasonable prices to replace the laundry valve box, the garden hose bibs, and install a pressure regulator to the house.

He came by soon after and completed all this work in one day (we opted for the partial re-pipe). The result is no more leak, and an improved water supply.

He was very generous with his time and knowledge. He did not begrudge our many questions, and demonstrated pride in his workmanship and knowledge.

He has a list of recommendations to do drywall (repiping around a slab leak required multiple cuts in the drywall) , appliance repair or electrical work for customers that need other services.

We are very happy with his professionalism and skill, and do recommend him to my neighbors.

They showed up on time, got everything done in under like 30 minutes, and even installed the automatic water shut-off valve in a spot I didn’t even know was an option. It looks super clean and professional. He also got me the documentation my homeowner’s insurance needed, which was really helpful.
