Plumber did an amazing job and had a great personality. The kitchen sink was backing up and leaking from multiple locations underneath the sink. He was able to diagnose the issue and give me an honest and fair price. Once he cleared the drain he stated he could try and tighten everything down for me to save me money but I opted to do it right and rebuild the drain pipes. Everything came out great and I no longer have any issues with any dripping. Thanks! Will definitely call him back for any future plumbing needs.

I had a blockage in the main line causing a back up in the downstairs drain and all toilets. Called Saturday and got a 5 pm appt. At 7pm we were notified that they didn't have the right equipment and would reschedule for Sunday 9am-11am. We changed our plans and waited. They never arrived. No contact.

Juan came out to hook up our new gas grill to an existing line. Unfortunately, the gas hook up didn’t match the grill. But at 6pm on a Friday evening, Juan went and found the parts needed and the grill was hooked up and ready to go. Service above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The outdoor faucet was very difficult to replace, but Mr. Frazier was persistent, friendly, and gave me some good basic education about what he was doing. Also, he explained several options regarding improving our hot water flow for a future project.

Our tankless water heater was beeping and showing an error code. We had no water running through our pipes. My husband and I are pretty handy but after about an hour of trying we couldn't figure out how to fix the error code. We called Hometown Plumbing around 10 am and they had said a technician would be at our home btwn 1 and 3.
The technician showed up at exactly 1:00 . Just that alone, is a reason to go with Hometown plumbing. As we all know companies that give you a window of time to show up and then show up 3 hours later. Jorge Garcia showed up on time and was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Showing me what steps he was taking to resolve the issue and answering all of my questions so I can avoid and or fix the issue the next time (it hopefully doesn't happen)
It took Jorge about 2 hours to fix it and I am greatful that he did.

Quoted me $525 for a 20 min job. Told me it was flat rate pricing and not by the hour. Plumber was clearly lying to me as I had another job done by them for $60 in the past. Company must not want work.

David Martinez is the GREATEST! Not only did he fix my kitchens super bad leak but he also SAVED me from me from being cornered by another company that was trying to trick me .

1) Replaced a PVC "T" that was leaking to my garden water split. It was "1.5" PVC "T" that needed cut out and a new one put in and while it was out, replace the "1.5" shut off right next to it, to ensure it doesn't leak.
.
2) Fix a leak in the P-Trap under my workshop sink
.
3) Check sink pressure in master bathroom as it was not very good.

So let's start with the positives.
The technician was friendly, knowledgable, and so far the work he performed is holding up.

Now for the negatives.
--The price quoted was $675, which seems very high for such mundane tasks, but I really wanted to get it done so I went ahead and paid even though I felt the price was unreasonable. I mentioned the price was high, but was told it is based on job, and not hourly, so be cautious of the pricing they are very expensive.

--The technician did not have any PVC parts to replace a standard PVC "T" which you would assume they would have at least a couple of each standard PVC size and parts. The technician also did not have any PVC glue or cleaner. So I had to run to the hardware store and buy everything the technician needed. $85 in parts later, now I'm up to $760 and using my time, and gas to retrieve basic parts for the technician.

--The technician was able to replace the T and shut off, then they retightened and re-secured the P-Trap to stop the leaking then he disconnected under the master bathroom sink to clean out the corrosion in the connector, to which he asked if i had anything to help clean it out, like a small nail. Again, I would expect a technician to have cleaning tools or brushes or something for this.

Summary:
Overall the job was completed and the results are satisfactory in terms of work completion. However, the pricing, lack of readiness, and crazy amount of involvement expectations on the client resulted in a bad experience that I would never hire these guys again.

Plumper Vince perform d a slab leak detection. Thank God he did not discover any leaking pipes. However,, I had a regulator that needed replacement. Vince replace the regulator and did an excellent job!

The plumber did a good job and very polite and respectful. He knows what he talking about and very professional about it. The dispatcher was very nice also. She helped me to give a good plumber.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! We hired hometown to install a hot water heater for our business where we do facials. They recommended a tankless instant hot water heater. As they are the "experts" we took their word and had them install. Upon install the water was at most luke warm (not up to state regulations). We informed them that this application would not work as we needed HOT water. They then said it was because there was not enough electrical power(not the case), then our faucett was not compatible due to flow rates (also something that was not discussed prior to the work, and not the case).

They then said WE did not do our research on the product...and they are not willing to get us hot water as they are not responsible for our "lack of research or diligence on the make and model of the unit"

I would NOT recommend their service to anyone....unless you have knowledge on the makes and models of hot water heaters...SUCH A JOKE OF A COMPANY
